otsuka ai avatars~~~~ this is my first time making avatars. so they are really crappy T_T
(just incase you guys think this one has nothing to do with ai, it's her mouth ^^)
 haha i love this one. chubby cheeks~! 
i know they are really bad, but like i said, this is my first time making avatars

Just use the cut function, and choose the part which u want to cut out.
You just have to click the top left button in tool bar(see the picture below). After that just choose you icon and press ctrl + x (cut) or ctrl + c (copy), open a new clipboard and paste it. Done!

it is pretty nice for the 1st...
one was funny,the mouth one.
anyway,maybe anyone can make many nice avatar
and members can choose it for their channel ai avatar,
like for new members to use in case they do not have any pictures to put up for theirs own |

well i cant say they turned out very good 
but it seems that u really have the will to make ai avatars..u just need a nice programme  (i suppose they were made in paint?)
practice will make you better day by day |

thank you very much everybody! and thanks, jason, for helping me with that~! but..for everybody who knows how to make avatars....how do you make them all the same size?  i haven't a clue XD |

Crop at the right ratio.
And then Resize it, you should. |

I think chiakifoil uses paint. By the looks of the avs I think they're done in paint.
BTW great job for your first time ^^ |
