My old school had a yoga class once a week, I hated it! x_x It didn't relax me, at all. But that's probably just because I'm not flexible, and still a kid! Tongue

I think all the moves are a bit funny.with so many stunts of different pattern.but i have seen people praticing yoga go to a very high level such as hanging on a rope with the body.

heh, my mum love doing it. She's like going to yoga every week, to do it with the other "aunties". She seems to love it very much, probably it's a good way to relax and you get to meet people there, and you know, older people likes to talk gossip and stuff. Tongue

I've never tried it myself, so I don't know if I'll like it. While I'm in the band, we have to practice marching and train our stamina etc. and we have to stretch our body before each training sessions. Those stretching are really painful sometimes, but very useful to keep your limbs in good shape. Nod

I've heard of it but I've never had the chance to try it although I'd love to since it seems quite relaxing.
