i was wondering, looking at the SMILY pv... was it filmed somewhere in Japan? i know there are some islands near Japan, which are probably part of the country, but i don't know if they look that way - i mean sunshine, blue sea, white sand, palmtrees, these whole tropical look...

the guys in the PV don't look much like Japanese, more Polynesian or smth...

maybe it was filmed in Hawaii?... or Phillipines?...

I'm not sure, but I think Okinawa is a very natural type island. People say it's a very nice place to stay.

well i think its not filmed in japan either..at the end, the sun declines behind the vast sea very far..if it was at japan we would probably see korea or china or something i think, because seeing the dusk means we are at the non pacific side of japan - the sunset comes from the pacific..it isnt called the country of the rising sun for nothing Tongue
but this is only a thinking lol Tongue

good point actually, but i'm not sure if we could see Korea or China from Japanese islands which are "under" Japan (when looking at the map). only those "under" Japan can be tropical-like.
i.e. the distance between Okinawa and Asian continent is bigger than between Miami and Cuba -- and you don't see Cuba's shores in Miami, so we wouldn't see shores of Asia from Okinawa... means there is a place in Japan to see the sunset (the dusk, it's in the evening) over sea waters.

but that's only thinking as well... Smile

Smily had been filmed at Saipan, one of the Northern Mariana Islands (a chain of 14 tropical islands in the Western Pacific)
They speaks about that in the BeatFreak of May 2005

Well the info come from Here but you need to speak french in order to understand Laughing

Nice info you have there, teufelinou. I can't believe those beautiful islands are belongs to United States, why, they are so far away from those island yet they claim it?! I think Japan and Philippines should share the ownership. Tongue
