The NANA movie was awesome, I really liked it. Mika did a really good job and Aoi was cute too! There were so many scenes that made me cry, it was so touching. The songs inside the movie were amazing, love GLAMOROUS SKY and Endless Story.
I'm eager to see the second NANA movie soon! |

Well, I can't up the raw, since that would take days, and I mean that quite literally. >_>
The movie is readily downloadable here.

The subs are also at JPS, but I uploaded them myself onto my webspace.

The subs are seperate srt files. To get them working, you need to use VLC, or if you want to use MPC or WMP, you'll need another program called VobSub.
As of yet, there aren't any hardsubs of Nana, only soft subs.
Yuna Ito had way too much glitter on!!! It made her look really bad... Contrary to popular belief, I don't really think she is beautiful to begin with anyway... |

I'm dying to see this!!
I love the manga and was thrilled when I heard they were making a live-action movie.
But I really want to buy a copy that has subtitles. I don't really like downloading movies... I hear that the Hong Kong version that will have English subs will be coming out any day now, but I would prefer a Region 1 DVD with English subbed extras/making of footage as well...
I'm hoping Viz Media will pick this up for professional subbing and distribution. They recently started publishing the manga in their mag ShojoBeat and they put out Shimotsuma Monogatari (as Kamikaze Girls), which was very well handled.
I know they've been doing a lot of press about the movie because of its association with the manga, so maybe there's hope...! |

If anyone doesn't want to download it directly, it is also available to view on youtube.com if you search for nana movie I think.
That is where I watched it with subtitles I was glad for that.
When I watched it the first time w/o subs I was lucky to know what was going on at least haha.
But of course on youtube everything gets a little small and blurry from what I have seen... but I think its still worth to watch if you want to haha. |

Booya, Nana the movie is really a nice movie, and now flash back, it is the 1st Japanese movie i watch..... Hmm yes, it is the 1st Japanese movie that i watch!!! Wahahaha, it is meaningful for me.
I am a comics collector, but Nana's comic i didn't have a look to it, i don't really like it, not my interest drawing style.
And i totally ''fall in love'' to Mika Nakashima and Yuna Ito after watching it, especially Mika, i listen to her songs everyday after i watch the movie, and become her big fans now, oh my godness.
Lastly, Nana the movie is really a very nice movie, you won't regret after watching it. |

I watched this movie just yesterday. I have really big expetation for this one, but I was little disapointed, don't understand me wrohg - the movie was very good and interesting romantic/drama. I wasn't read the manga, so didn't was is the story, and I think there will be some twists, mystery or something like that so you see how much I was wrong. But you will like this movie so watched it |

I have seen the movie. I do not like it very much, though. To me it was kind of boring that it was just about Nana getting back together with Ren; I thought it was about friendship... anyways, "Glamorous Sky" is written by Hyde, so that is why I liked it. |

I watched Nana when it was on theatre in Japan last year. For me, Nana is like Harry Potter, book version is better. But like eyn said, it's hard to put all the content into 2-hour film. Anyway, I have to say I was a bit disappointed with the film. But the casting was good espec. Nana and Hachi roles. The casting team did it very well.
I agree with HilaryDuffFanboy that Nakashima Mika is very skinny. At the time she debuted, I think she had more skin and looked more lively. On the other hand, lately she looks skinny and dark. Anyway, in her latest single, MY SUGAR CAT, she looks kinda more cheerful. So I hope she will keep that bright side for quite a while. |

I recently watched the movie and to be honest I wasn't really that impressed. The acting of some actors was a bit.. bland and didn't seem to be as expressive as one would have imagined. Personally I enjoyed Aoi's acting but the movie seemed to be rushed to fit everything which made it rather bland and disappointing after one reads the manga. |
