of course i buy cd's because its by an artist i like. CD's are kinda pricy so, i won't risk buying any CD just because i like the cover. That would be a waste of a great amount of money for me. |

1 * Artist that i support and of course what the songlist sounds. thats the main desicion to me do i buy album or not.
2. Price
3. then the cover that aint so important but i like to get nice covers. |

the primary reason is because of the idol, I don't really care if others said the song is bad or whatever, I'll still buy it because I like the idol.
price...not such a big deal. I would buy the CD even if it expensive, as long as I like the idol.  |

| Usually decide by how much I like an idol, although even then I tend to want to hear a good preview of it before dishing out the cash. |

| I just buy it coz it's from my idol..Besides that,I'll buy it if the songs are really good and at times I look at the covers too!!Coz I love collecting cute and nice stuff!!At times,when Im so crazy,I'll even buy the cd if there's really cute free gift which comes with it!!haha..That goes the same to magazines!!Crazy people like me!! |

| ..I buy CD's if they're one of my favorite artists...or if a friend recommended buying it.... I also take a look at the cover and the title of the songs..... and then I look at the price to see if I can afford it..... |

I mostly buy the CD because of my idol(s). xD
Of course, there's the price issue, but I always sooner or later save enough so I can get it. ^__^ |

I just buy the CD of my favourite artists, not only favourite idol.
It is too expensive for a person like me who don't work and earn salary to buy an ORIGINAL CD, so i just buy my favourite artists CD.
But if i am rich, i think the 1st consider of buying a CD is the cover, and price is not under considering that time, haha. |

| The saying "Don't judge a book by it's cover" does not apply for CDs, they're CDs not books! And usually a good cover means some good music. |

Talking about albums, I seldom buy them  but here's my answer...
1.The singer
2.The price
3.The tracklisting...
if one album is just with few songs and it cost a lot I probably won't buy it unless it is really from my favourite singer. Some of you mentioned you won't buy the album with some kind of strange image on it but i don't totally agree. You can't really judge the album by its cover 
One example is D.A.I's "Do The A-side", for those who know, its cover is very colourful with some strange drawings on it but it does not reflect to the songs in the album...They are actually fabulous! |

For other CDs, I'll buy it based on the design of the cover and popularity. |

For me it pretty much only depends on the artist/singer,
otherwise I wouldn't even listen to it.
(I'm very picky when it comes to music unless it's classical)
But if I'm buying an OST of a videogame then it depends on how much I liked the game and its music  . |
