I like the warm colours, and somehow there is something cold about it as well... ok i am weird

From previous comments, I understand that you love plain and simple (even more than I do it seems) but for me, your signature borders plain and simple so much that it's empty.
Avatar: 7/10 (is it still quite not as sharp as you thought it'd be? I believe I had a similar problem before)

Avatar: 9/10 She's goregeous, and her expression is really nice. Leaving it as it is was a good idea.
Signature: 10/10 I really like the rain effect and again, the expression on her face is beautiful. Everything just fits in together well.  |

that's just the way I want it: empty, quite and plain 
the sharpness is indeed a problem: it was even worse with my previous avatars |

| ^ mm I found that uploading as a png avatar would retain its sharpness but I had to resize my avatar many times before it was a suitable file size. Unfortunately, Channel-Ai wouldnt accept me uploading the full size png avatar on imageshack.us or something, and then copying it over (however, strangely it worked with jpg and gif) |

did you make it yourself?
your avatar fits very well to the signature, but it is kinda unsharp. personally i wouldn't have put "heart" on this picture. but that's my opinion though .

I'm surprised you like it so much though, since it's quite simplistic: pictures, text, and a leaf Yeah, it's really difficult for me to get a nice, sharp picture without going outside the limit...I might try what sljinu said though and go with a PNG. I can see what you mean by leaving Heart out, cause it does look a bit out of place, but now I'm too lazy to go and fix it |
