Hi, I'm from Singapore too. I've been to Nagoya and Tokyo 2 times.
In Tokyo, I've stayed in 2 places. One in Ikebukuro, the other in Takadanobaba.
Room is about SGD$60 a nite. Can go down to SGD$50+ if u share a room with 1 or 2 other friends.

As for long stay like a mth and above? It's hard unless you got a friend there who's willing to share his apartment or you'll really need lots of cash.

i am so jealous! but spending so much on 1 artist is already very scary. i think the tour was the most valuable one, i doubt it is being sold here
