| Sounds like a fun and interesting idea, but don't you think that it will cost a lot of money to ship T-shirts around the world? Our poor admin is a poor university boy, haha. |

| ha ha, spellcheck is right. It's easy to say "let's have a t-shirt design contest", but what about costs for printing the shirts and such? Eek, that's a lot of money. And to be distributed to Channel-Ai members? ouch. It would be better to charge for it. And shipping all over is such a hassle, Channel-Ai members are all over the globe! eek. |

Well, I kinda agree with spellcheck and broken::dreams, that is I don't think Channel-Ai is ready for a T-shirt design competition yet. It is surely a nice idea and I've seen site as big as jpopsuki doing it. However, if this ever happen to Channel-Ai, I don't think most of us here could afford such a T-shirt (seeing average member age is like 15). It would be more than enough if you can spend your money buying CDs from YesAsia using the associate link, which I think gives you a greater satisfaction over a shirt with Channel-Ai logo printed on it. (honestly, nothing beats a first press Ai single/album)
Still, thanks for giving your precious suggestion, townbaby. It's great to keep getting ideas and evaluate each of them to see if they are feasible for this site. |

| Yeah that's true. It's neat but not a cost effective method. |

| I think it'd be a cool idea~ Once someone would win we could have a poll to see if a lot of people would be interested in buying a shirt so it'd be like a fundraiser, or if not, the winner could get some kind of prize like a week of vip status or something? |

| Well maybe you can sell those t-shirts instead of distribuating them for free. The people who want them would have to buy and pay the shipping. dunno I might participate once again HAHAHA -takes out pencil and photoshop- |

I think this is a great idea!
its a great way to show our forum spirit!
however, the world wide distribution thing is kind of a lil difficult as eyn said
but its so cool, well i think it is
b/c one time i went to a Leo Ku(some of u may know him) autograph session
it was so great! some fan group all were wearing t-shirts
holding a big banner with t-shirt logo and have those signs that say leo!
it was great~
i feel like i belong at channel-ai and i won't mind wearing a t-shirt to show my spirit
also if we do make it
we should make a limited supply eg 50
n so if you want one, you have to pay for your own shipping and stuff
i think its fair
i have a frd who's family owns like a literal sewing and printing t-shirts factory
i can ask him if i get a logo on a t-shirt with some quantity
mayb he can give us all a quote on how much it will cost exactly
another thing, since i know eyn n jason are close friends
mayb Jason can contact all the ppl who want it in malaysia
ask for shipping money, n he can pay eyn
and there could be a shipment to malaysia with channel-ai t-shirts ^^
its a matter of who wants it and who is willing to pay for it....
we can pay each other back by paypal? |

Well, I don't think this contest is possible for now. It 's normal to not distribute them for free. But We can't make money with it, even for the wellbeing of our forum.Because we're Ai-chin's fans, so we can't use her to make money. Thus the admin would need to find the funds by themselves...and I don't think they can for now. |
