One of the most memorable performances was during the New Years telecast of 1997, when she sang her latest hit "Can You Celebrate." Half way thru her song, she had to stop, because the tears of joy effected her singing. She finished her performance, and all that watched that night also had tears in their eyes... Great job Namie!
