Thats my anniversary for hitomi shimatani, i dont care if her bday is some other date, that is the day i take to honor her. Dude no lie, im a delivery driver right, so all i played, was hitomi shimatani music ALLLL DAAAAYYYY I made up my own myspace blog and added it to my site, that 3/8 is prima rosa day. in wich we should all take out from our busy lkives and atleast rememebr the woman that has brought us so much happiness ;) hehe, i know its a tad-bit overboard or some plp might say stuff, but i see it as "damn....its already been 5 years since I've been introduced to jap music, and look how much my lifes changed," so thats really all thats behind prima rosa day well….i know this is a lil old, but i havent been online in a while….the day that I GOT prima rosa, was march 8th 2007. However I might work on it later since I love Ayumi's rock music too. Hm.. personally I think the music is more eastern Europe but there have been some arguments over the source of folk influences. Since I'm no expert in folk music I cannot say exactly from where it is. In any way I bet avex just made it a "european" song since I doubt many Japanese are into the ethnic european music. I was wondering, that if she would apply her vocals (hitomi that is) to ayu's music, it would be a great combo. Like the hard metal/rock music to hitomi, id like to hear an experimental single, just like that. because i heard "beacuse of you" and "dragonfly" back to back, and like, hitomi's is more girly, and is more mellow/soft. She should TRY (not completly submerge herself) to be a little more punk rock, thats wats in here with the young'n so, yea, just throwing that out atcha. PEACE! and thanks, heehe, i actually google-earth'ed the prague thing too...lol, hold up, if prague is in czech republic, then WHY does it sound celtic/early french/ WESTERN european music? it borders on scottish and celtic. If you wanna break ur neck bobbing it like a crazy person (like me...lol) you got dragonfly and kimi no koe, and ramblin. If you wanna get slow and emotional, you got harumachibito and tears of love. Im telling you, when i got this album i literally went CRAZY over it. It played nonstop on my psp for weeks, ALL of march i listened to it, the DAY it came out, till now in april. But yes, your right, they need to do something about her whole image, im a dedicated fan of hers and will ALWAYS be, but she needs more sales than just 13000 dude. like really! So im with you on that one, avex needs to tap into that PERFECTION inside hitomi that she has displayed. beacuse lemme tell you, in her albums, there are usually about only 3 or 4 songs id extract as my addiction songs. but in prima rosa, i put it on, and let it PLAAAY.....and never get bored. but yes, they neeeeed to get her sales up, beacuse i would seriously have a fit if they stop making her music.
