Morning Musume Tanjou 10nen Kinentai

Morning Musume Tanjou 10en Kinentai was a special Hello! Project unit that was created in 2007 to celebrate Morning Musume’s 10th anniversary. The name of the unit translates to “celebrating Morning Musume’s 10th birthday special unit”. The unit consisted of 5 graduated and present Morning Musume members. Tsunku explained that the original Morning Musume members debut age ranged from 13 – 24 years old, so for this special unit he selected members that was close to this age range to make it appear like the original group’s formation. Interesting enough, all the members selected came from an odd number generation.

Though the group was only active in 2007 they released 2 singles and had a concert tour before going on hiatus at the end of the year.

She is the ultimate icon of fashion and music in Japan, is known as the “Empress of J-Pop” and is considered the Asian equivalent of Madonna. Consequently she is one of the most popular and influential artists ever to appear in Asia. However, till the present day, Ayumi remains an enigma and is frequently misunderstood by many.

mihimaru GT is a duo group which specialises in urban and pop genres, which they have conveniently combined in a genre which they christened J-Hip-Pop. However they also release heartfelt ballads. For this reason their style is extremely different from the typical urban counterparts. mihimaru GT focus on enjoying the moment, humourous and cute themes and have a positive message without having loads of sexy women prancing around. Another interesting aspect is that mihimaru GT are responsible over the whole creative process of their music.

BUMP OF CHICKEN is a J-Rock band from Sakura City, Chiba Prefecture, Japan that has caught the attention of many music fanatics ever since their unofficial debut in 1994. It wasn’t until the year 1999 when they released their first official single, [LAMP], under the label High Line Records. Prior to the release of that single in the same year, they released their first album, [FLAME VEIN], which contains original songs Fujiwara Motoo had composed upon the band’s return from college in 1998.
