What do you think about the new Chat system?

Hi guys, I've been working on a new chat system lately as CETMA and others suggest that Channel-Ai needs more interaction between members. madgirlslovesong suggested a Java chat room but after looking through several chat room solutions available on the web, I decided this one fits better with our forum, so what do you think? To get started, click on the "Chat" link next to the "Profile", under the forum banner. 
Here's some tips for using the new chat system:
- You can use forum emoticons in the chat room, just like how you use it in the forum, but you have to remember the syntax for each emoticons to use them, which shouldn't be hard
- Font colour can be change using the "Color" text field. You can enter either hex colour code or colour name. The "#" character is optional when using the colour hex code. You can find a list of colour name together with their corresponding colour hex code here
- Number of users in the chat room and their member ID is shown under "Who's online" column in the forum index
- No BBCode or HTML allowed
Hopefully you guys will find this new chat system interesting and exciting. If you have any suggestion or comment, feel free to post them right here, or tell me in the chat room if you see me there. 
Beside the new chat system, I updated all of the forum styles using the latest NoseBleed or AdInfinitum template. You might find some changes in those old styles here and there, such as background pattern and colour. If you find any bugs for any forum style, please let me know so I can fix them. Thanks!
One last thing before I end this post. If you haven't installed "Lucida Grande" font into your computer, I strongly suggest you to do so because the forum styles look much better using this font. I think you already know how I feel about it, but whee! I think this is a pretty awesome chat room! It's a little shakey/delayed sometimes on dial-up and I find it weird that it'll log you out after being idle for so long in chat, yet you can still read what's being said and then jump back in. I haven't decided if that's a good thing or a bad thing.
The biggest problem is going to be trying to get members to join it! I think at first it'll be a bit weird, I know I'm pretty shy when I first start out talking to people, but once we start to get more comfortable with each other, it'll be fun! I also think this might help make the forum discussions more fun and interesting. We'll be more at ease with each other so we might not be as hesitant to disagree with someone's opinion and post our own.

i think the current chat room is good and enough. But if Eyn u want to enhance it, it would be great.
Java ones, would it takes time to load? I think ne would need to consider about dial up users like me and the others... (is madgirllovesong using dial up as well? hehe)

I was impressed with that chat room, your skill is getting pro which able to invent the chat room in our forum. It looks good to me, and I believe our members will love it too. 
Since there are lots of members saying our chat room is always empty, maybe we can set up some timetable where most of our members are free (ie saturday night), yes we have lots of members who come from different country, so you guys should tell us the time when you're free to join the chat room.
Oh well, I will start first, I mostly free at saturday after 8pm (GMT +8). |

Yeah, what I'm trying to do is stay in there as much as I can. If it says 0 users in the chat, no one will go. So there needs to be someone, aka me, in there to lure the members in.  Or scare them to death, whichever. XD |

Its good i like it. Allthought i never havent used it much, becouse there aint much peoples there using it yet..but i belive that its gonna rise up and there will be more users using it day after day. We need something that like lainay says *lures* peoples there so everybody just hop in there and more peoples will come in..i belive in that. nobody aint gonna eat *You* alive. there aint nothing to affraid. i hope this chat system starts to work. *BIG PROPS TO EYN FOR KEEPING THIS SITE AT ONE OF THE BESTEST Site/forum that there is on net i luv this place,  |

Look people! The chat room has been upgraded. Here are the new features:
- Chat logging!
- Multiple chat rooms at a time!!
- Choosing text color on a color chart!
- BBCODE! You can italicize your text, bold it, underline it, etc!
- A special "invite" feature that sends a PM to someone here at Ch-ai to ask them to come over to the chat! (I've had to do this manually so many times, this is my hero. XD)
And a lot of other awesome features. Try it out for yourself!! Scroll up to the "chat" or simply go HERE! (bookmark it!) Come chat with us. 
EDIT:
- Kicking users out. (personal experience -_-)
- Private messages on the room!!
