@octocoffee: Yeah I know...I actually rephrased some of his 'statements' into questions so that it'd at least sound a little more like an interview.
And congratulations to alan for finally reaching #1! I really liked Kuon no Kawa so it's nice to see it reach top spot. I'm not exactly too happy that avex is making her churn out so many singles though...it's almost like Koda Kumi. With so many singles released so quickly, I tend to lose interest in the artist and with keeping up because they have too many songs, many of which are mediocre. |

^ Me too, it does concern me how many singles they're releasing in such a short amount of time. I hope she doesn't become another Koda Kumi (in terms of rate of releasing singles). Most peoples wallets/bank accounts just can't keep up. I've only been able to pick up her album and the Red Cliff singles and all her Chinese albums and the EP for the time being. When I have more money, I'll look at picking up the singles that I really enjoyed.
I wonder if this is released somewhere (like on a collective album ...)

I got the email and it's a double A side  I'll have to wait and see

alan will be on music stage on May 1st!!! Yay, I have NHK/TV Japan so I can watch it (though I'll probably have to wait a month because the shows are delayed ... it'll already be on the net by then XD)

Eeeeeeeeeeeeek I just saw alan on NHK's Save the Future ECO UTA Show!!
Pretty! They showed clips of other people singing her song, there were children signing to the song and even clips of alan doing random things around Japan (like learning to playing a traditional Japan instrument). I saw someone bring it up on another forum and I remember watching NHK last night and saw that they where airing SAVE THE FUTURE, seems like they were airing a few hours behind live Japan television. So I ran out of my room to see if it was on TV and it was! I had to watch a few other performances from other artist(s) which is fine since there were some good ones like Ikimonogakari! The stage for DBSK's performance was sugoi O.O!
I made my dad stay up to watch it hehehe. It's late for me too since I have work early tomorrow but that's okay, totally worth it. Hopefully someone reordered it so other people can see it.
Oh yea alan news ... been glancing at her Chinese blog, seems she'll be coming out with her debut Chinese album soon (the other two Chinese albums were more or less cover albums, so I assume they're calling they a debut album since it'll be her own material this time). I'm excited. Shouldn't be too long till the release but there's no official word on the official release date =(
If I see one, I'll let you guys know. |

A chinese debut album would be super cool ! But if she is going to release a new album in china, I hope it's really a new album and not a "Voice of Earth" with chinsese lyrics  ... |

^Yea I hope so too. I wouldn't mind some Chinese versions of her Japanese songs since I really liked the Chinese version of Hitotsu. I think I would like to see a Chinese version of "Megumi no Ame" and maybe "Together" and definitely "Tsuki ga Watashi". I would like to think she'll have other new Chinese songs but I'm not 100% sure
I'm even more curious to know if she'll do any up tempo Chinese songs |
