Artist or Content List in Off Topic Downloads

I have a suggestion for the Off Topic Download Section to make it more organized.
Can we sticky a directory for Artists and Content like this:

Aqua Timez
Album, Single & PV

Ayumi Hamasaki
All Songs
Concerts
Singles & Albums


Do As Infinity
Videography + Discography

Gackt
Albums

Ikimonogakari
Discography

J-Dorama
Koizora
Soundtracks

Judy and Mary

I think I'd be more easy to browse the off topic downloads and find an artist's album, single or PV.

It's a shame it couldn't just put everything in alpha order by artist or could it? No
