Konichiwa,
I hope we all have lots of fun together. I first heard Ai-chins beautiful voice about a year ago when I was watching Hana Yori Dango. It wasn't long till I just thought to myself I have to get the CD for this - so I did a search on cdjapan and quickly ordered AI am Best CD/DVD. That turned out to be one of my best decisions ever - I absolutely loved every song on the CD, and all Ai's PVs are absolutely stunning. Since then I've bought all her albums / concerts and am most of the way through getting all her singles. I am absolutely addicted to Ai now.
I am also a fan of Yuki Kajiura - esp FictionJunction YUUKA, watch heaps of Jdrama (some of my favourites are GTO, attention please, 1 litre of tears and hana yori dango). Also watch a bit of anime though mostly older series - haven't seen anything that good in a while. I'm also learning Japanese - though I am still a baby in that regard.
Also thanks in advance to all the site admins, mods and members for making this such a fantastic site. Yoroshuku onegaishimasu! |

Hi fintandtas!
Welcome to Channel-Ai! Strangely enough, I haven't seen Hana Yori Dango yet, none of them I probably should. Anyway, I'm glad you discovered Ai through Planetarium, it's a beautiful song, ne?
I'm also a fan of FictionJunctionYUUKA, I think she's a genius for her participation in Kalafina. What kind of anime do you like?
Thanks to you for becoming another member and making the forum even more exciting!
If you ever need anything, just ask! |

Thanks for the kind welcome octocoffee!
Planetarium is absolutely lovely - it set the atmosphere for HYD perfectly, Definitely you should give HYD a try, its fun and weird, but very endearing.
FJY - All Yuki's projects are brilliant, she has a her own style that is instantly recognisable and unique.
My ichiban favourite anime would have to be Ranma 1/2. I also love Azumanga Daioh, Fushigi Yuugi, Evangelion, Noir, Maison Ikkoku and Last Exile to name a few. Also can't forget Sailor Moon and Dragonball. |

it's always nice to see new members and fans of doramas, too! I loved HYD and also your other favorite ones!
you aren't by any chance a Ryo-fan (because of 1lot and AP XD), are you?
anyways, I hope you can have fun here - and don't be shy, everyone's really nice! |

Hi Yunchen,
Nice to meet you too, I really liked Ryo alot in 1lot , he portrayed his character really well and was totally cool, but I must say I watched AP for Aya Ueto - she is a star |

nice to meet you~ =3
I guess it's pretty hard not to like Asou if you're a girl
he's one of the most adorable, if not the most adorable, dorama-guy ever
but yeah, I love Ueto Aya, too! in AP, she was so funny and she's so pretty...I really enjoyed her performance |

Yeah, I'm sure if I was a girl I'd be in love with Asou-kun too ... it's a pity the real Aya never had someone like him to support her
For Aya Ueto, she just sparkles on screen, and when she smiles you just can't help smiling back ( stupidly at the TV screen ) But to truly appreciate her talent you should watch her in Kinpachi Sensei - she plays a really difficult and different role, and does it brilliantly. For me she is #2 only behind Ai-chin. |

damn, I knew it would be a mistake to not look at your profile before writing that girl-sentence...I'm sorry
but yeah, it's really a pity that he was only a character for the drama and not taken from Aya's real life...
yeah, right~ you have to smile backt when she smiles...I love that
kinpachi sensei? ah, that one's not on my "to-watch-list" yet...I guess it'll have to wait XDDD" |
