It's my very first order at HMV and then this happens
I don't think I'll order it at any other shop right now. I first want to know what HMV is going to do about this. |

@Negaiido, Oh, I can't believe that happened . It's hard to think of a reason why it would be rejected. Maybe they just got the address wrong and it is being returned to sender I sure hope they can get it resent to you |

@ Negaiido : Oftentimes it's because the retail seller didn't properly count how many copies the wholesale place it's buying from was in stock, so it's not a surprise that they'd send you that letter. I'm sorry about not being able to buy it from HMV though. You should probably check out YesAsia to see if it's still available there. The Premium box is limited to a certain quantity after all, and that certain number of copies that avex made to order for it are bound to sell out before this month is over. If YesAsia sold out as well like CDJapan and HMV did, then Yahoo Japan Auctions would be the next best thing. |

purchasing another premium box isn't exactly the best idea nor the most positive idea...especially when that thing comes out more than $100USD, it just hurts the wallet a lot. I would just try to type in plain English to HMV Japan to resolve this issue (and maybe you will get 2 copies if the first package actually came LOL). OR you can ask your own postal service asking what is the big effing hold up on your package.
Yahoo Auctions tends to sell it for an insane price for items that are limited. And if you plan to use ccmelon, it's not even worth spending nearly $200+ on such an item...even if you are a big fan. However, if you do insist on using Yahoo Auctions, I can help you find something that charges only a fraction of what ccmelon charges.
*edit*
just took a look at Yahoo Auctions, the lowest I found for a NEW Premium Box is 9000yen starting bid, there are some that are selling for 10246yen direct buy. Do note, they don't ship overseas so a 3rd party is needed. |

@Negaiido - I think you should call the post office as soon as you can (or whoever handles EMS in your country) and see if you can find out what the status is directly from them. From the tracking link it doesn't look like it has been sent back to Japan yet so it may still be at the depot.
I can only think of two reasons why this may have happened
1) It was sent to the wrong address
2) They tried delivering it while you were not at home (EMS requires you to sign that you received it) . Though usually when this happens they should leave a note sayng they tried to deliver it and ask you to call them.
You may also be able to get HMV to try redelivering it. I hope things work out. |

Yes, I bought HK version too (much cheaper !). Hopefully I will get it soon.
@Negaiido: I know what might be the case. If it has arrived in the Netherlands, they are probably temporarily keeping it because its value exceeds the maximum allowed imported value from countries outside Europe (this is 22 euros I believe). If this is the case, they can be in the process of deciding what they should tax you .
I do not know what value HMV put on the package, if you have to pay tax it will depend on this marked value. I hope this situation I pointed out is not the case and that you don't have to pay taxes. |
