It's a new month and time for a new game  Hope this works because it's a little bit complicated 
Here's the rules:
1) The first 10 posts pick an artist, and gives that artist 3 points
2) So after 10 posts there will be 10 artists each with 3 points each ( simple so far I hope)
3) After that, the next poster can take one point from one artist and give it to another ...
4) If an artist goes down to zero points, they are OUT and cannot be picked anymore
5) This process continues until there is only 1 artist left, the WINNER, who if everyone plays correctly should have 30 points
6) We can then restart the game choosing 10 new artists
Hope that makes sense, if not you can flame me 
7) Oh yeah, very important rule 7, no choosing Ai-chin as she would win everytime 
Edit: New Rule - Only 1 post is allowed every 1 hour per user

Round 2 Winner (the boys): Nobuo Uematsu, Runner Up Nishikido Ryo
Round 3 Winner (the bands): The Brilliant Green, Runner Up Tokyo Jihen

Round 5 Winner (artists that also play instruments): Kanon Wakeshima, Runner Up Younha ... 16-14 in time limit round!
Round 6 Winner (singer songwriters): Maaya Sakamoto, Runner Up Rurutia
Round 7 Winner (C-Pop): David Tao, Runner Up Jane Zhang
Round 8 Winner (artists that have had an anime tie-in): YUI, Runner Up ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION
Round 9 Winner (artists that have a game tie-in): Utada Hikaru, Runner Up Akira Yamaoka
Round 10 Winner (singer/actresses): Aya Ueto, Runner Up Shibasaki Kou
SPECIAL WINNERS ROUND: Utada Hikaru, Runner Up Aya Ueto
SPECIAL RUNNERS UP ROUND: Shibasaki Kou, Runner Up Akira Yamaoka
Round 11 Winner (actors): Nishikido Ryo, Runner Up Eita
Round 12 Winner (Non-Active Singers/Bands): ZARD, Runner Up JUDY AND MARY
Round 13 Winner (Ai-chin band members): Jun Matsumoto, Runner Up Tomomori Shoichi
Round 14 Winner (Underrated artists): Isayama Mio, Runner Up Yuki Kimura
Round 15 Winner (Sucky Artists ): Koda Kumi, Runner Up Miley Cyrus
Round 16 Winner (K-Pop ): Younha, Runner Up Lee Soo Young
Round 17 Winner (Western Artists): Papa Roach, Runner Up Avril Lavinge
A couple of extra rules:
8) Past winners cannot be nominated
9) After the round is complete and the next poster gets to choose the category for the next round. There is a list of categories we haven't chosen below, but if they can think of something new and exiting, go for it
- vocal male groups
- anime/game composers
- artists that have had a drama tie-in
- Actresses
- Singer/Actors
- Mangakas
- Seiyuus

ah, the survivor game! i have played this before. that time there was the rule that every user only could move a point between two artists one time every 24 hours so as to not let one or a few users change the standings every other post. there were also like 25 or so people fighting with 10 points each to start with, which made it very long winded... having it smaller feels better.

Interesting new game, even though the rules are a bit confusing  . But are korean and chinese artists allowed at well?

Maybe you never heard her name before, but she is lovely too. (but I will not use "love" emoticon , it is just for our beloved Aichin  ) Especially in her movie, Kabe Otoko （壁男）.
Because she is not popular among people here, I hope she will not out so early.
