Hello everyone.. I'd like to request for some help from all of you here..

What are the top 5 Japanese songs that you'll WANT at YOUR wedding? Meaning you do not have to consider if others will like it. It's all about you..

I'm trying desperately to amass some songs for my dear friend's wedding.. all help will be greatly appreciated!! Nod Onegai Shimasu!!

What about Ai's new version of "Amaenbo", "Amaenbo ~Wedding~"?

For pop songs I'd say:
- "Amaenbo" or "Amaenbo -Wedding-" by Ai Otsuka
- "Renai Shashin" - Ai Otsuka
- "Understand" - YUI
- "Dearest" - Ayumi Hamasaki
- "Eighteen Sky" - Nana Kitade

For rock songs:
- "Hello Another Way -Sorezore no Basho he-" - the brilliant green
- "There Will Be Love There -Ai no Aru Basho-" - the brilliant green
- "Love is All" - YUI (though I'm a little bit iffy on this one...)

Notice that those are all ballads. If they don't all have to be ballads, then there's definitely more I can share Smile

Thanks! Yeah, Amaenbo have always been one of my favourite Ai-chan songs and I also thought that the ~Wedding~ version is a great update by her. Especially how she can hit the high notes much better now Smile Any more such great songs to recommend? It's top 5 songs at your wedding! Giggle

Thanks for the list! And yeah, there's no restriction on genre. Do treat it like it's your own wedding, and you have complete creative control over the songs Boogie Would love to hear more from you!

There really are so many other songs from them in the same vein, but those 2 are great.

White Love by Speed is also quite good. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kPtIF2ckWvk
So is Yesterday and Today by DAI http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cSps241SubE
