can you buy cd/dvd in kinokuniya??...in my place they can't..only can order picture books...so sad
where do you live?

I live in New York. That sucks, you can only get picture books? Over here, you can get anything! They have Japanese/English manga, comics, travel guides, study aids, CDs (JPop and Traditional), DVDs, they even have toys. Giggle Yup. Sometimes, if your lucky, a first press edition is up for sale, even YEARS after the release of the album. That's the greatest find of all! Boogie

The first thing i thought when I saw all the info about this dvd was that it had a GREAT tracklist. But one thing I disliked about it was the cover and the colour...I didnt like it..
I havent bought this yet cause I usually only buy cd's cause I cant afford the dvd's but if I see it really cheap even if its used then ill buy it. Ive heard great things about this dvd so I may gt the vcd sometime soon even tho the quality of vcd's are horrible >.>

I have to say the beginging/opening part was kinda plain compared to an Ayu one Tongue But all the same I liked the opening and the lil bunny was cute.
I wish I knew Japanese so I could hear what she was saying during her speech near the end.

One thing i really really didn't like the guy in the red jump suit Blank stare he was too annoying. I was really dissappointed for happy days they didn't have a play back of Ai's vocals. Happy days just doesn't sound right with out ai saying HAPPY DAYS.

I just got this for Christmas from my big brother and it's probably the best Christmas present I've ever got! I was jumping around and I couldn't even wait to get the rest of my presents I just put it into the DVD player and let it play. Grin

Anyways, I thought the concert way amazing. Firstly, the song list was awesome; she played everything that I wanted to hear and the order was right on too. She kind of gives you taste of what she's about in her first few songs then pulls out some beautiful ballads and the amazing piano solos in the middle. Haha, Mosou Chop is easily the weirdest song performed with all of the weird animations and the masks but I can live with it. The piano solos, along with the encore, were my favourite parts of the concert. I'd have to say that Kingyo Hanabi was the best; the extra long piano introduction was awe-inspiring. Closer to the end the energetic side of Ai-chin comes out and her songs become more light-hearted and fun. Am I the only one who thinks that the encore was just amazing! I mean it's a given that an artist's voice is weakening a bit but she still does a bang-up job and her encore was really long too! Her very last song, always together, really pulls at the heart strings. It was a very solid way to end the concert and plant that seed of nostalgia that I love.

No big complaints about the concert at all; the DVD itself is put together pretty well too but that gimmicky guessing game at the beginning gets a bit annoying after awhile. I think this is a very solid buy for any Ai-chin fan out there! Happy

I really wish I could understand Japanese so I could tell what she was saying during her speeches because they seem to carry some considerable weight to them. Oh, another fun thing was the band introduction. I really like the bassist and the two guitarists. Does anyone have any idea what the guy in the red jump suit was drinking? Oh, one more question actually, does anyone know what the concert logo represents? I see a huge dollar sign, a bird that looks kind of like a dove to me, five stars, and that "kui kon" thing. What does it all mean? :s

^ Yes, I've alwyas wondered. In the BoA concerts too. So I usually just skip over these parts. It really would be awesome if someone could give a quick summary of what Ai said. Wink

I will be in the minority, but I though tthe Sakuranbo encore was way too long. By the end, it was just everyone going crazy. I love the song as much as any Ai fan, but it does get repetitive.

In general I thought it was a great concert. Maybe it's not as glamorous and flamboyant as Ayu's concert, but it's down-to-earth and it makes Ai seem more human, rather than a singing diva on the stage. (Although granted, I'm not entirely justified to make this comment since I've only seen Ayu's later concert performances.)

In all, though, there is a very good reason why this DVD sold so well!

I loved her piano performance for Kingyo Hanabi in this one! I think she did a great job, even though she has not had much experience.
