| I love the covers. This gray-brown hair is so elegant, but she still looks really young. And they're not groundbreaking or anything, but Ayumi's more well-known for beautiful covers. not creative ones. |

| She looks adorable in those promo pics. Her face is a little odd, but overall I think it's sweet. I don't mind the date change too much actually. I'm just glad it wasn't canceled like BoA's album was. That would make me sad. |

I saw the pv yesterday. Her dress is beautiful Ayu is beautiful . The pv is just a little boring but beautiful .
But the song is soooooo boring . Okay i love it because of Ayu , it's a good song for christmas period but , she always do same music, but she can make something better she has a GORGEOUS voice and she doesn't use it like she must in my opinion. |

The song is so-so, very typical Ayu ballad. The music video, however, is beautiful. Ayu looks stunning in that white dress with the lights and snow and everything  If only the song was as pretty as the video... Either way, I'm looking foreward to seeing the video for Ballad. |

Yea I was hoping for something a bit more epic or something more powerful.
The dress is pretty though, and Ayu looks pretty in the PV. Though I wish the song was a stronger ballad. It'll be interesting to see what BALLAD will be like. |

The basic idea of the PV is very cool. I like the whole Image with the weird couple, the hand puppet, the Trees made of Paper (I don't know, I can't descrice it in a better way) and the dress made of a chain of lights - But the assembly is very dissapointing  .
The weird couple looks like dancers from Lady Gaga  . They are way TOO futuristic and ruin the beautiful atmosphere, even though I like the scene with the shining stone.
The idea of the hand puppet is very cute and creative, but you can only see the puppet during the opening of the PV. I have the sense that they just used the puppet as a filler for the opening  .
The song is okay, nothing special. It sounds like a mixture of all her winter ballads  . |

it does sound epic composition wise but I don't like her vocals here for some reason

 I'm an avid Ayu fan, so I suppose it's expected I really enjoy this single. I like how it's a mixture of old elements.
But the BALLAD PV is out. What do you think? I think it's pretty nice. |
