さくらんぼ - Cherry
手帳開くと もう 2年たつなぁって
Techou hiraku to mou ninentatsu naatte
手帳 [techou] - diary
開く [hiraku] - open
と [to]- particle used with plain form (dictionary form) to mean if/when/whenever
もう [mou] - already
2年 [ninen] - two years
たつ [tatsu] - to pass/to go by
なぁって [naatte] - this is a "cute" form of なって[natte], te- form of なる[naru], the verb "to become"
When I open my diary I realize that it has already been two years,
やっぱ実感するね なんだか照れたりするね
Yappa jikkan suru ne nandaka teretari suru ne
やっぱ [yappa] - (I think that this is) a shortened form of [yappari], "after all"
実感する [jikkansuru] - to come to the realisation
ね [ne] - ending of sentence in speech
なんだか [nandaka] - what
照れたりする [teretarisuru] - to be embarrassed
ね [ne] - as above
And somehow it's a little embarrassing.
そういや ヒドイ コトもされたし
Sou iya HIDOI KOTO mo sareta shi
そう [sou] - so
いや [iya] - offensive/unpleasant
ヒドイ コト [hidoikoto] - this is in katakana for emphasis, it means "mean things" 酷い [hidoi] is mean, and 事 [koto] is "intangible thing"
も [mo] - particle here meaning also
された [sareta] - passive past form of する[suru] "to do." It means "were done"
し [shi] - particle used with plain form of verbs, meaning "and"
Come to think of it, I did nasty things,

HIDOI KOTO mo yutta shi
ヒドイ コト [hidoikoto] - mean things
も [mo] - particle here meaning also
言った [yutta] - this is past tense of 言う[iu/yuu], "to speak/say"
し [shi] - particle used with plain form of verbs, meaning "and"
And I said nasty things.

Nakami ga ippai tsumatta amai amai mono desu
中身 [nakami] - contents
が [ga] - particle (denotes sub-principle subject)
いっぱい [ippai] - full of
つまった [tsumatta] - plain past of つまる, to fill up/clog
甘い [amai] - sweet (as in sugar)
甘い [amai] - as above, repeated for emphasis
もの [mono] - tangible object. Similar to koto
です [desu] - sentence ending
The diary is filled with sweet, sweet things.
泣き泣きの1日や 自転車の旅や 書きあらわせれない
Naki naki no ichinichi ya jitensha no tabi ya kaki arawaserenai
泣き [naki] - crying
泣き [naki] - as above, repeated for “cuteness”
の [no] - possessive particle
1日 [ichinichi] - one day
や [ya] - inexhaustive listing particle
自転車 [jitensha] - bicycle
の [no] - possessive particle
旅 [tabi] - trip
や [ya] - inexhaustive listing particle
書き [kaki] - stem of 書く[kaku], to write.
あらわせれない [arawaserenai] - passive potential of あわらす[awarasu], to express. It means “cannot be expressed”
A crying-crying day or a bicycle-tour, I cannot write them down

Datte ooinda mon!
だって [datte] - because
多いんだ [ooinda] - many (the ん shows that information is being given)
もん [mon] - shortened form of もの[mono], already discussed
Because there are too many!
笑顔咲ク 君とつながってたい
egao saku kimi to tsunagattetai
笑顔 [egao] - smile
咲ク [saku] - to bloom (in katakana for emphasis)
君 [kimi] - you (with a kind of boyfriend connotation)
と [to] - particle here meaning “and”
つながってたい [tsunagattetai] - a shortened form of つながっていたい (meaning “want to be connected/linked), used because this is the form used in speech.
Smiles are blooming, I want to be connected to you.

もし [moshi] - if

Tonari dooshi anata to atashi sakuranbo
隣 [tonari] - next door/next to
どおし [dooshi] - all the way
あなた [anata] - you
と [to] - particle here meaning “and”
あたし [atashi] - “cute” girly way of saying I (shortening of 私[watashi])
さくらんぼ [sakuranbo] - cherries

もらった [moratta] - plain past of “to receive”

さらに [sarani] - moreover/besides
深い [fukai] - deep/profound
けれど [keredo] - but

Hitotsu demo kaketetara tondemonaku
1つ [hitotsu] - 1 thing
でも [demo] - particle here meaning “even”
欠けてたら [kaketetara] - shortened form of欠けていたら[kaketeitara] “if one is lacking”
とんでもなく [tondemonaku] - outrageous/ridiculous
If even one episode was missing,

Tarinai tarinai! tarinai!! futari no kizuna

A couple in love at whatever time

She used that title because she sees the "twin" fork of cherries (you know, when there are two joined, like in my avatar ) as a representation of two lovers who are joined to each other  |
