Well Naturally and M are my favorite songs, followed up by Surreal, Who..., Key, Game, Because of You, Memorial Address, Seasons, etc etc..I have too many favorites lol
Stadium Tour 2002 or the Arena Tour 2004 is my favorite concert. |

| I use to like Ayu alot, but then I stopped listening to her. Ayu started annoying me when it seemed like she was putting out an single everyday which wasn't good. She hasn't released a good album since "Rainbow". I find Ayu's new single "STEP you" to be extremely good. |

Ayu... Is.. OK, i too used to like her ^^;;. But she's got an amazing voice i have to admit. Ayu can do that long note and have that up and down thing going really slowly whilst other singers have that going quickly... If you know what i mean ><
But she's so pretty T__T;;. She HAS too... after all her CM's i've seen I was to drink BOSS and buy D-Snap { Panasonic } ><!!! |

Ayu rocks, I bet she's the one that brings a lot fo audience to the Jpop world. At least she did that to me, or else I will never get into this Jpop thing. I like her because she has great and unique vocal and her song has good melody.
When I'm learning piano last time my goal is to be able to play her songs! I've learnt LOVE ~destiny~ but I got stuck halfway through the song. Not long after I have to leave my country to come Canada, so I never finish learning them.
My favourite song is Endless sorrow, M, evolution. I love all of her songs, and it's funny how she almost never have b-side in her singles unlike other artist. All of her songs title are in English too, which sets up her own style compare to other Japanese singer. That might also be the reason why her song can spread around the world as people doesn't have to memorize the Japanese song title.
Ayu is truely unique and defnitely one of the best singer in Japanese music industry ever. She's the one who brings Jpop all around the world, if you ask me. |

i luv ayu's slower and rock songs
the lives of those songs are amazing!, especially memorial address for the Arena Tour 2003 - 2004 (i think) She was so overcome with emotions (cause the song is about her dad) that she was crying and couldn't even sing a line |

Ayu cries at almost every concert, have you ever thought she's just putting on a show for her fans. I've seen alot of artist performing emotional songs and never cried. |

don't ruin the performance for me jkjkjk
but since the song is about her father, i assumed she was really crying...
i read at this livejournal that someone guessed that the concerts are arranged around ayumi's period so she's more emotional... it kind of makes sense but i don't reallly think so... |

| yes, but the song is about her father. If u read the lyrics, its about how she wants him to luv her. Also, i think she wrote the song because she had found out her father had died... I read that somewhere from a forum a long time ago though... I guess all of her emotions poured out of her then |

oh, i completely love ayu. i guess she's my favourite artist of all time. maybe i'm over-rating her, cuz i'm a new fan of her music. but even so, she's amazing.
my favourite albums are "duty" and "memorial address". if you ask me what is my favourite song probably i'll never be able to decide. so many perfect and remarkable songs !!
now i'm looking forward to see what her new song "alterna" will sound like. |
