Thank you for the rip, I like the song a lot! I can't wait for the Release because "Good☆Day" sounds awesome, too.
Hurry up if you want to preoder it, cause it's a limited Release of 50.000 copies. The first pressing of both versions come with Kumi Koda posters. A different poster comes with each different version. |

Not gonna lie, the rumored tracklist had way more interesting titles than the real one. |

She is releasing a new single called "Gossip Candy" on the 7th of july !
CD
01. Inside Fishbowl
02. Outside Fishbowl
03. Lollipop
04. For You
05. Got Ro Be Real (First Press Bonus Track)
DVD
01. Inside Fishbowl
02. Outside Fishbowl
03. Lollipop
"Inside Fishbowl" and "Outside Fishbowl" are similar to her previous single "Yume no Uta / Futari de...", as they share the same melody, but have different lyrics and arrangements. "Got To Be Real" is a cover of Cheryl Lynn's song of the same name. |

Inside/Outside Fishbowl? I think that goes in my list of most ridiculous titles ever. The concept sounds good though. I'd definitely like new arrangements for Yume no Uta/Futari de...
She's covering Cheryl Lynn That'll be interesting. |

Yuck That's all I gotta say about this single. The covers are atrocious. I previewed the songs and I didn't like what I heard at all... "Inside" sounds like a mix between hers and misono's voices, and there was hardly a difference from "Outside" besides her sounding deeper. "Lollipop" sounds like something that was thrown away from "Black Cherry". "Got to Be Real"... it's no "Venus" for sure. "For You" is the only one I liked so far.
What a huge step down from her other summer singles like "FREAKY" |

Gotta say, I probably judged the single too harshly before "Gossip Candy" is actually the quintessential Kuu single because it has all of her personas in one single... Sexy Kumi in "Lollipop", Cute Kuu-chan in "Inside", Fierce Kumi in "Outside", Happy-Go-Lucky Girly Kuu in "Got to be real", and then Ballad Kumu in "For You" I like it a lot more actually.
I wonder what songs are gonna make it to the next album? |

Anyone actually go on Kuu's site and listen to the preview? The single sounds nice "Suki de" sounds like it will be grand, a little like "Alive" meets "Ai no Uta" . "Anata Dake ga" also sounds all right; more on the R&B/pop side. It sounds like it was left off of "UNIVERSE". "Walk -to the future-" (which is the title of the re-recording of "Walk") is much better than the original! Much more epic sounding!
I actually can't wait for this one! |
