Hitomi Yaida (Yaiko) is a completely different artist. here is her Official SIte. I LOVE her as well 
but yeah, it's furuya hitomi. |

Ok! But the thing is: I got two songs named "There is..."
The first one is by Yaida and the other one is by Furuya.
The one from Furuya is another version named "There is...(LOVE LIFE version 200)" (got it from the Samurai Drive Forum...).
It also uses the same lyrics as the one from Yaida.
Whats the matter about this? Just a Remix?

as far as I know yaiko hasn't released a song called there is, but my collection isnt complete. I couldn't find one listed on her official site, so I am guessing that you just have both hitomi songs and someone misslabeled it.
hitomi (furuya) originally released there is in 99 and put out the LOVE LIFE 2005 version of it as track 3 on her japanese girl single.
I am sure there is a yaiko forum out there (seaching for yaiko will probably give you more results) but I don't belong to any yet  |

hmm..... I really think the song I have ("There is...") is from Yaiko... cause the voice sounds compleatly diffrent from Furuya's "There is.."-song. Well, I have some more songs of Yaiko and within these her voice sounds quite similar to the voice of the alleged "there is..."-song of hers...
Well, this issue woun't let me calm down, so I'll search for results |

Nope, Yaiko doesn't have any song named "there is...".
This kind of things happens quite often. Many think "I am" by hitomi for Inuyasha is by Yaiko because so many people tag songs wrongly. When I tell them it's from hitomi, not Hitomi Yaida, they say: "Are you sure? Because the voice sounds exactly like Yaiko's.". Well, Yaiko doesn't have a song called "I am" and their voice is clearly different! |

It's a shame most people have forgotten about hitomi,  I still think she's great, still play her cd's and watch her videos, if anyone is still into her, let me know, I am part of a really good hitomi site, I can post the address if anyone is interested. |
