I don't like Planetarium and Cherish because they're similar but Biidama has one of the most amazing PVs I've seen in awhile! It's so fun and the colors are just WOW!
J-Pop:
Artist: Utada Hikaru
New Artist: N/A
Single: Bold & Delicious by Ayu. Even though pride was pretty good
Album: Japan-rhythm by Bennie K! I only liked 3 songs on the album
PV: Dakishimeru - BoA, Bold & Delicious, Pride by Ayu |

I'll only do J-Pop since the only K-Pop I follow is BoA. Anyhow...
Artist: Mika Nakashima, ORANGE RANGE ( Simply mediocre )
New Artist: Hitomi Takahashi
Single: "Be My Last" - Hikaru Utada, "Flower" - Koda Kumi, all Mika's singles but the worst single is definately "Lies" by Koda Kumi.
Album: "Music", "BEST " - Mika Nakashima (zZZZZ)
PV: Glamorous Sky, ENDLESS STORY.(I'm not a fan of these cheap pvs taken from movies sorry to say.) avex is cheap but I am suspecting Sony is more cheap.
Also honestly compared to many crappy releases of this year I donno how some can say Ayu's releases were bad. At least she put some effort in them unlike some which had just one track or were simply awful. |

Ayu's releases are usually good because they have variety of styles but Bold & Delicious just ain't my thing and the PV is not something I would look at for 2 hours straight |

| Well that's true but I've seen worse. Smily puts me off to sleep and the NANA related singles have boring pvs so yeah I suppose it wasn't great but it was entertaining. |

| Well, this year the dissapointment continued with the Hello! Project. I'm really only fond with a few releases this year. The biggest dissapointment in H!P, though, was when Tsunku chose Koharu to be the new Morning Musume member. -___- H!P singles this year were also quite bland, and Maki Goto only released one single this year!!!! And it wasn't even that good. T_T Oh well... |

Yeah. Koharu was a disappointment to me too. >_>
I also forgot another bad album of this year.
Ami Suzuki's Around the World. All the songs sound the same.
They're all very, very bland and dull songs. |

^Wow, I can't believe someone shares the same ideas as I do. I also find Ami Suzuki's material very repetitive and similar.... I find it extremely hard to tell some songs apart from the 'Around The World' album...
Her voice is quite dull... It's like a speaking voice. >_<
I wouldn't label her worst three artists of the year though, |

| Well it was a techno-based album true but most of the songs were really powerful and the song "AROUND THE WORLD" was so unlike the rest of the songs from the album. Also the ballads were quite enjoyable. I like her voice. It's powerful enough but not too overwhelming. Honestly I do think she has put a lot of effort in this year. And I wouldn't put Koda as the worst artist either. I enjoyed a lot of her music though some singles were honestly a hit and miss. |

Ok, I'll get rid of the three worst artists thing.
I did like Eventful when it first came out, but listening to the album, I really could not tell the difference between any of the songs. |

| N/A means not available. In this case it means the person doesn't know or doesn't think anyone qualifies for that kind of type. |

J-Pop:
Artist: Tackey & Tsubasa (I hate them so much...)
New Artist: I dunno
Single: Ai Otsuka ~ SMILY / Biiidama ... No offense fans, but I hate this single...
Album: AROUND THE WORLD ~ Ami Suzuki
PV : Dakishimeru ~ BoA (Just too boring...) |
