I love every Zelda game, but 1 of the best is The Wind Waker imo.
I really love the pixel shading (i know most people hate it).
but it would've been better if they made more dungeons for the last Triforce pieces.
2nd and almost equal would be OOT
and i don't play with Link that much in Soulcalibur 2 (I usually play with Yungsung) |

This is a hard question to answer All LoZ has something special in them that you love... But I will say Ocarina of Time (N64). It was a game I waited and waited so long... then one day I got it and life was great!
The runner up on my list is The Wind Waker! I love the GFX and all the characters in the game are just great The character I remember the most is the one who makes the sound FX in the Battleship game on Windfall Island. Kaaabooom! Spleeeiz!

| I think Minish Cap was the best because it was kind of easy and not simple compared to other ones and I really like that system of finding those wired puzzle peice thingies and putting them together to unlock the secrets. |

i do agree with you guys to some degree,
Ocarina of Time was indeed the best so far. I think purely because of the impact it had on my gaming life. It's almost an era. The pre OoT era and the post-OoT era
I do love Windwaker too, I also loved the cell shading FX plus playing it in Dolby surround was simply awesome. I think windwaker isn't really about boss battles, because all the boss battles are relatively easy (if you're a zelda gamer, then they're very easy indeed), i think windwaker is all about finding treasure maps, heart pieces, money, and triforce pieces, ie. its about exploring the game world, and all the sidequests in that world. i do love it. by the end of it, link (i know its not link but its easier to refer to him that way) becomes so powerful ^_^ and i love the very dramatic ending , the sword battle in the rain and "zelda" actually does something
link is kind of unfair on soul caliber 2, i love playing with him
iI'm really looking forward to the twilight princess, but what are these reports i hear about it being re-scheduled for a late 06 launch on the revolution .... noooo! say it aint so!!
speaking of soul caliber, is anyone else annoyed that sc3 isnt out on the gamecube? |

OMG THIS IS MY FAVORITE VIDEO GAME EVER. I've loved it since I was like...6 LOL
Man, I used to play it on SNES *sighs...* the good ol' days, *sniff*
Let's see I LOVE Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. They go together anyways, seeing as MM was the sidequest of OoT. I adore Windwaker. When I first saw the cell-shading compared to what they intended the game to be like originally, I was disappointed. But now I absolutely LOVE it. Even though it makes it look sorta "cartoon-y" it looks more realistic...if that makes sense...like the characters are free-er in regards to facial expressions and such. Also I love the bright colors. I agree that it was more puzzle oriented and the real challenge was getting to the bosses, not actually beating them. It was sooo fun though. <3
I like the GB games, too, but they don't really have the same effect for me as the full screen TV video console versions do. I like Link's Awakening and the Oracle series. I thought the Oracle series was pretty cool. ^^
And OF COURSE I'm Link while playing Soul Caliber 2. Who else would I be? |

It ain't so It has been delayed again, but it'll still be a Gamecube game. Nintendo has confirmed that you'll be able to use the Revolution controller though! I read that it will come out somewhere in fall. |

Right here! I love the SC series but I was crushed when I found out that SC3 wasn't going to be on gamecube. I was lookin so forward to the new characters and customizing one of my own, what a let down.
For me, I'm still addicted to Shadow Of The Colossus. I'm trying to 100% a file and all I need is to hunt me down a few more silver-tailed lizards. |

This just in: The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass
IGN wrote: 11:29: Iwata takes the stage. There's one more new adventure for you today: The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass for Nintendo DS. Short clip plays: cel-shaded-style graphics. Top screen: mostly maps. Action is on the lower screen. Use touch screen to draw things -- transitioning the bottom screen input to the top. Launches later this year -- from Aonuma and team (makers of Wind Waker).

*puts a little money in a jar - labels it Buy Nintendo DS Save Box*
it looks really cool.... with the Phantom Hourglass and the Twilight Princess, this year could just become the year of Zelda! and also, the year of Nintendo! yey!

really? ... hmm, that's a whole year's delay in total. im just worried because the revolution will be showcased with a playable demo at this year's E3 in may.
as for sc3. i've been playing it on the ps2. it doesn't have link... obviously, but that sucks anyway. also, i think the ngc is the best controller for sc, and i can only hope that sc3 will be out on the ngc sometime in the future. i really do like the create a character mode. it's quite cool. |

| Well, e3 is up and on its way and the demo for Twilight Princess on Wii looks amazing! There are so many cool things you can do with the "nunchuck", the name of the controller apparently; I don't want to spoil anything but you can watch it for yourself here! |

Gah. I wish I was NATE!
Thanks Jester for teh link! (no pun intended ) Wow, the new controller really gives a new amount of realism to the game. Like, when using the bow, it'll feel like you're using it, too, since you really have to move that controller around, ,and then it has the sound that you hear going towards your enemy. If I get into the game just with a regular hand-controller, I can't imagine how wild I'll get with the Wii remote and nunchuck!
The first thing I said, though, was "woah, since when is the faerie bigger than Link's head?" But it's cool that she's the Wii remote "guide" thing, as well as Link's faerie guide.
Gah~~ I can't wait 'til I get to play this! |

| Not a problem at all broken::dreams. If you search for "Twilight Princess" on youtube you'll find lots of cool stuff to do with this amazing title. Here's a sort of follow up to the last link I posted; it has footage of the boss for that mini-dungeon and the fishing that the guy was talking about. Enjoy! |

I have played Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask and Wind Waker.... however... I still prefer playing Ocarina of Time... Its the original story.. where it all begins... one fails to understand the rest without this!!!
Actually I even started playin git again... already completed the Forest Temple... and now on to the Fire Temple ^_^
I think i will play Majora's Mask again as well after Ocarina of Time...
I wanna play Twilight Princess!! |
