By the way, I've been having this problem with the board for the last few months...
There's a problem with the way the board is centered in the CSS file. It affects the list of topics in each forum, and the posting page, but not the forum index or when viewing the posts in a topic. It also affects the profile editing page.
This affects my regular browser, OmniWeb, which has no problems with any other site (and the board used to look fine in my browser until it was changed a couple months ago). Something was changed on the site that made it stop working. I visit many other boards that use phpBB that don't have any layout problems in my browser, so it's definitely just this one site.
The Frienger layout doesn't have the problem, but I think all of the other ones do. In the meantime, I'll just used the Frienger layout, but it would be nice to have the other styles working again too. |

Thanks for reporting the bug. Actually, I already knew about this little "bug" long time ago but I'm just too lazy to sit down and nail down the problem in the template code. Normally, this problem does not affect IE and Firefox users, not until you try to increase the font size manually using Ctrl + in Firefox.
Anyway, I think I have spotted the problem in the code and have sort of fixed it. Now the layout won't break even when one try to change the font size in Firefox. I'm not sure if it works with OmniWeb, give it a try and tell me if it works for you!
This layout breaking problem is due to bad coding by the style creator. You can try the official demo of NoseBleed to see how the layout breaks easily when changing the page font size. |

Looks like you fixed it. I switched to the Love Cook theme (which had the problem before), and it's fine now. Nicely done! I was trying a few things to fix it earlier today and couldn't figure it out.
Thanks Eyn! |
