When my brother came back from his first year of university out of the province he came back with all of this J-Pop. This was actually my first encounter with J-Pop and it was love at first song. My brother really liked Ai so I gave her a shot. To be honest, I liked RIP SLYME and HALCALI a lot more then Ai at first, but after listening to her stuff I realized how much I loved her stuff.

Well, after listening to the few songs that my brother had of hers I visited Jpopsuki and got more. When I stumbled onto the site the floodgates really opened.

The first thing that my brother showed me when he opened his laptop was the ridiculously cute and energetic Happy Days PV, but the one that hit me the hardest and really reeled me in was the Kingyo Hanabi PV. I was just in awe my the song and video. After the video ended I was just stunned and I had to watch it again! I ended up watching it a half dozen times that day. That's when I knew that this girl was somethin' else.

Actually, no, but I'm seriously considering starting by purchasing the Frienger CD + DVD. |

I know her when i was goign though CDs in HMV n seeing her 2nd ablum LOVE JAM. That time the cover immediatly got my attaction with the jam all over her face  I just can't resist not buying it since i've heard that her songs are pretty good~ So i bough it n loved it~

I knew her in December 2004 in Hk's HMV. That's the first tiem i've seen her face n heard her sing. After that i start to know her more by suffering on da net n colleting more of her singles~~

Since, I only got LOVE JAM at the time so my first song that got me into her world will be 金魚花火. N the PV will be Cherish. So good..~~

a friend of mine sent me "sakuranbo" as an email attachment and asked me to translate  i then forgot that it was otsuka ai. only later i found out that the girl who sang kingyo hanabi did sakuranbo.

when her album was advertise in TV, it didnt attach me but after seeing her performance singing Kingyo Hanabi in a-nation.. i started to notice her and now i like her a lot ..so i think is last year..

Well I got to know Ai through my sister who is a Boa fan and was watching Boa perform and then Ai came after her. Its quite funny how we both like different j-pop artsist than each other she has all Boa songs and I have Ai.
I watched her performance and liked the song so I went on the interent looking up things about her!
The first one I watched was sakuranbo which was very cute and girly! I loved the pinkness of it and she looked so pretty as usuall!
Unfortunatly I don't collect her goods but will hopefully soon! |

I just i've only know her when her song "Daisuki dayo" was all ova the sch LOL..... but yea, i didnt really got into her since i'm kinda into watching Kdrama at that time....
then recently, my stupid sis and me was watching Koda Kumi PV before deciding to buy her cd, i suddenly said i felt like watching Ai Otsuka's PVs and tada "SAKURANBO" was like stucked in my mind....
Got me addicted to an artise which i didnt really like... coz addiction cost me money LOL, am buying her album in one shot ! thats crazy.... and lucky she didnt have products produce here or i'll be so BANKRUPT
