Bennie K is a really good J-Urban group consisting of two female singers. One of them sings and one of them raps. Some of their songs are more J-Pop then J-Urban, but the ones that I like are more J-Urban.
I went to their concert in Osaka in March. It was really good, and they sound really good live. Actually, it was a concert where not only Bennie K performed, but groups like Home Made, nobodyknows+, Soffet, etc. I went to the concert to see Bennie K, but they only sang 2-3 songs(I forget).. too bad.
Anybody else like Bennie K? |

Have you guys heard their songs from their "essence" album. I actually think that album is better than their synchronicity album. The essence album is the one right before their newest album (synchronocity(sp?)).
I thought that essence had much more of a hip-hop flavour, which I prefer. They also have one cd before their essence cd, but I never got a chance to listen to it. |

I think it will be cool if any of you can upload their songs for those people who doesn't know who Bennie K is. I am one of them, but I think I probably won't appreciate J-Urban much.  |

because i only have synchronocity album, and the single dreamland ^^;
ohh, another thing, does anyone have the translation for this song 'tengu vs. Benkei' ?
am desperately looking for the translations ^^; |

ok, i believe its time for me to contribute to this forum ^^;
im currently uploading some songs from BENNIE K
songs are from their 'synchrono-city' album and 3 songs from their 'dreamland' single
its still in the process of uploading, will most probably be done by tomorrow
or could be done by tonite, it depends tho

has anybody listened to the BENNIE K essence album yet? what do you guys think? it's definately my favourite from them.. but i have yet to listen to their first album.
i'm kind of sad that they are changing their style to be more pop. i like their hip-hop songs more... |

I definately agree that the essence album is alot better then there lasted album.
FAv tracks are 9. My Way and 10. Nagori Natsu 3.Tegami 4. better days  |
