Once again, Japanese media has done this "Most wanted girlfriend" survey again, this time by Japanese TV program "Gei-Koi Real", which surveyed 10,000 male participants ranging from age 18 to 30 to produce this informative ranking. If you're new to this kind of survey, CDTV and Oricon has done something similar before, and as expected Ai-chin made it to the top of both list. 
I'll only post the top 10 here, you can get the full ranking information here:
- Ueto Aya
I think Aya deserve to be number 1, because she's such a cutie.  If you don't know her yet, I suggest you watch her latest dorama, Attention Please, that's still ongoing. Aya also have a singing career, so far she has released 13 singles and 4 studio albums. She's currently 20 years old.
  
- Nakama Yukie
She's best known as Yankumi in Gokusen, but she did starred in a lot of other doramas too, even movies, such as "Shinobi: Heart under Blade", which used Ayumi Hamasaki's HEAVEN as the theme song.
  
- Ebihara Yuri
She's mainly known for her CM appearances but she did act in some doramas too. Honestly, I find her really pretty and cute. One of her famous quote is (from this article):
Quote: If someone doesn't find me cute, I want to know why because then I'll work on it to get better at being cute.
Quite ambitious, isn't she?  Oh well, even if she doesn't try she'll still be pretty and cute enough to capture any guys in my opinion.  fyi, in the last picture below, Yuri is with her twin (yes, twin!) sister, Eri, both of them are so pretty isn't it?
  
- Aibu Saki
I don't know that much about this girl but guess what? She's in "Attention Please" too, omg! Yep, one more reason to watch this dorama isn't it?  Go download it now, 2 top girlfriend in the same dorama, what else could you ask for? 
  
- Kato Ai
I don't know much about this girl, but apparently she starred in this dorama called "Umizaru", which aired one season before "1 Litre of Tears".
 
- Itoh Misaki
Densha Otoko fans should be very familiar with this elegant lady, who is known as Hermes in the dorama. Itoh Misaki is a famous actress and she has also appeared in a lots of CM, such as Hitachi, Vodafone etc.
  
- Otsuka Ai
Here comes our dearest Ai-chin at rank no.7, the lucky number! You can probably consider her as the top girlfriend for the singer category (well, Ueto Aya is more to the dorama side if you ask me) since 1 to 6 are all actress. We all know enough about this young lady so I don't think I need to say more. Congrats to Ai-chin for being such a cutie that everyone loves.
  
- Manabe Kaori
Another unknown girl to me, maybe she's quite famous in Japan. As far as I know, she's an actress who also appeared in a few commercials.
- Hasegawa Kyoko
I first seen this girl in this dorama called "Dragonzakura", in which she starred as the English teacher who is really boring when teaching. Later on I watched "Wonderful Life" in which she act as a big sister who's trying her best to fulfill his little brother's dream to play baseball. From some angle she looks like Van Tomiko, don't you think so?
  
- Nagasawa Masami
Once again, we have another dorama that starred 2 of the top 10 girlfriend - "Dragonzakura". Masami act as a student in this dorama yet Kyoko is the teacher, kinda weird isn't it for both of them to be on the same list?

| Haha, seven is my lucky number, too. I didn't really expect to see Nakama Yukie on it, but surely she seems like a really cool person in every movie/drama she performs in. Well, it's really great that Ai always gets chosen in all these surveys. |

I wonder though, what is Ai's own reaction to being in the top lists of all these surveys?
It's great to be popular I guess, but her audience isn't really directed towards this group so will this have any sort of impact on her career?
Or maybe I'm just thinking too much. |

Wow!! Thanks for this eyn!! This survey probably has the most credibility since it had such a large sample space!!

| Wow congrast to Ai for making it in the top ten list! I think Ai-chin is more cute than Aya Ueto, but oh well 7th out of that long list is very good, also considering that the top six like eyn said are mostly actresses! Plus 7 is a lucky number Ai's so cute |

Aya is one of my fave jap actress...and Ai chan deserved to be on the chart but i am quite dissapointed that BoA didn't make it..

4 is the unlucky number in Japan, mainly due to superstitions.
The number 4 （四）can be pronounced as "shi" which means "death." |

Gongrat's to Ai-san! for being in the number spot 7. Oh, doumo eyn for posting the new's flash's out. Yeap..Aya Ueto is in the number one spot,
but i think she deserved the place she is very kind and funny and also cute person
far as i seen, from her intervies and stuff but Omedetou gozaimasu for Ai-san once again! |
