Oricon held another poll again, as they love to. 
This time, to welcome the summer, they asked people which artist they thought were the most beautiful and attractive during summer. Otsuka Ai came in at a very respectable sixth!! Not bad at all considering she doesn't wear much summer-ish clothes.
Oricon: Summer's Most Beautiful and Attractive
Koda Kumi came in first, not surprised, since she's dominating these type of polls nowadays, and she does love to wear flashy clothes. Surprisingly, BoA came in at #2 even though she's been laying it low these past few months. Another shock is Ayumi at #10, and Hikki at #7!
Guys, please feel free to post any 'summer' pics of Ai! I'd really like to see more.

Thanks for sharing.
Ai sure has been in a lot of these lately, though she definitely earned it.
I still think that she's in her own tier when it comes to these things, but on a realistic note 6th is pretty good.
Don't kill me for saying this everyone, but I personally think Ai is more attractive than Koda Kumi and I'm not saying this just because I'm a bigger Otsuka Ai fan. Then again, it's not like my single opinion makes anything true for others so disagree all you want. |

Oh for heaven's sake, I couldn't agree more. Personally I see nothing attractive about Koda Kumi, no, not even her busty curves. |

My goodness, quite a statement there HilaryDuffFanboy! I actually smiled reading that.
I will say that Koda Kumi is attractive, but not the kind of attractiveness that I tend to go for.
I am very sure that all of us can agree that we can share Ai's happy feelings just by looking at her. She seems cheerful all the time, but you get so happy yourself when you look at her innocence and what not. I'm glad that you agreed, I thought just about everyone else here was a major Koda Kumi fan. |

the poll result's really a surprise, but happy that ai-chin in the top 10
happy to see Namie and Aya too ^^ but I rarely see Aya in summer clothes  nor Namie. |

OMG bashing for Kuu chan =( ... now kazfz is kinda sad but anyway, i see both of them differently lol... i see Ai as more of a girl and funky type [ cute girl ], Koda kumi as a superstar?[ Hot, i dont know but just a feeling hehe... Maybe Guys dont like Kuu chan alot lol, my female friends like koda alot but not the guys lol, weird huh
hmmmm Ayu isnt really pretty, those make ups, make her up [ saying this even tho im a big big fan of hers too... owns every cd of hers but not Ai lol omg, gonna get some bashing soon ..]
Now need a huge bashing people, i dont think Ueto Aya/Shinohara Ryoko is pretty, i dont know who is she but i've browse through some pictures, Ai is better looking compare to her =( ... well Kazfz doesnt know this, all this are more of popularity contest den pretty girls contest lol...Shockingly utada is in top 10, huge fanbase i guess again =( [ enough of my opinion, im getting curse by people now ] |

| YAY AI CHAN!! Wooo. ^__^ Face it, Oricon, Ai just plain owns your souls, and you know it. XDD I'm surprised to see Ayaya (Aya Matsuura) on there. Her single sales are going doowwnnn (as are the quality of her songs) but I guess she's still got fans. XD And a fashion sense. |

i dont like koda kumi so whatever. i knew she was gonna be on no.1 anyway... |
