| Hee Hee! I finished one of Chage and Aska and I gave it to Jason, all he needs to do is show it to Eyn. Dir en Grey was hard to find some information about them (I'm still looking for some), and at the moment, trying to find information about Porno Graffiti so I can write about them! |

Great! I'm glad that you've decided to write something for the blog! We could always use a variety of other artists. It makes the blog look better.  Yeah, Porno Graffitti! I think they're pretty great. I hope it works out for you. Good luck with that. You should join our McBlog team MSN chat sometime! It's a lot of fun.
Honestly, writing for this blog has done a lot of good for me. I've written 3 articles in the past few days and I'm starting on a new one this morning. It's not tedius at all like school work and I think it has actually done a good job preparing me for school (which starts tomorrow for me TT.TT). It doesn't take forever to do an article and eyn has been very helpful whenever I have questions (because he is the geek master).
And most of all, if you decide to write for the blog, you'll gain access to our super secret McBlog chat (and also all our awesome inside jokes)! I think we've all had loads of good times in there just chatting it up all day.
If you don't want to write an article, instead you can help out by commenting. So far we've been commenting on each other's entries, but we're pretty biased! It's not very hard to read an entry and simply write your thoughts, is it?  |

i know its been a yr since the blog has started, but i was wondering if i could join? i can specialize in old ancient japanese bands that are still alive but are soo sadly neglected by the online public  (mr.children, southern all stars etc.) |

Sure thing Evil_tomba, what you need to do is to write a draft article and send me a copy of it. I will then guide you through the rest of the publishing process, which includes formatting using XHTML tags, putting pictures, mp3, video etc.
So if you're really interested, you can get started on an article and send me your finished work via PM or email. We're still looking for more writers as always, since the blog isn't updated all that often, the more writers we have the better update frequency we can achieve. Also, we're lacking writers in certain field such as those older bands like you mentioned, so please join the blog team by all means.

It is quite sad when it comes to reponse to blog related topics. While my original intention is to expose Channel-Ai member to a wider range of music via quality blogging (see my first post almost a year ago), in the end we attracted more "outsiders" than our current members, which is kinda ironic and sad at the same time. Anyway, despite the lack of interest from majority of members here, the blog has been growing strong, which I'm quite proud of. 
I've spent equal amount of work, if not more, on the blog compared to the forum, thus I really hope members who like this forum will gain something from the blog as well. |
