There goes the crazy "ni" which can have multiple meaning depending on the situation. NEKO means cat, and fuusen, as Lainay said, means balloon. Regarding the "ni"... no idea~  Lainay seems to think it means "with" here, I remember she taught me it can have the meaning of "and" too. 
How about "Cat and the Balloon"?  |
