Cherry Filter

Cherry Filter (체리필터) were formed in 1997. They were mostly unheard of until the success of their second album "Made in Korea?"
Since then, Cherry Filter has become one of Corea's most popular bands.
In 2001, Youjeen left for awhile to have a solo career in Japan before the band had made it big. Youjeen's Japanese career was very sucessful, and she released her own solo second album soon after Cherry Filter's second album.

yeah, Cherry Filter fans are hard to come by, aren't they?

Cherry Filter fans aren't hard to come by in Corea though.
They're the biggest band in the country right now.
But for some reason they aren't that well known outside Corea.
Hopefully this thread will convert some people.
