| Currently I am looking for thos who wish to build or already own a Otsuka Ai Fansite/Fanlisting/Blog/Forum etc. You'll getting a ads free hosting program with enough bandwidth and space to host your side(depends on how big is your site). However your site must be hosted under the OTSUKA-AI.JP domain. Please PM if youre interested. Thank You. |

You must agree to this term wheter you read it or not.
This Terms of Service Agreement (TOS) is a formal and legally binding agreement between townbaby/OTSUKA-Ai.JP (we, me, I, our) and You, the service user (you, Subscriber). Use of our service constitutes acceptance and agreement to the TOS in full.
1. Do not host/upload/share any copyright material(s) (mp3 and not limited to) if you do not have the license/permission from the copyright holder.
2. Do not abuse the server (phising,spamming and not limited to).
3. Your account ussage of our CPU must be below 10%.
4. Hosting/uploading non Otsuka Ai related material(s) must be approved by me.
5. User are not allowed to lend/sell their account without my permission.
6. I have the right to terminate eventhough you did not violate the Term of Service.
7. I will not be held any responsibility for your wrong doing(s).
8. Account cannot be use as backup/filesharing/ and not limited to.
9. Indemnification: In agreeing to the TOS, Subscriber indemnifies us for any violation of the TOS that results in loss to us or the bringing of any claim against us by any third-party. This means that if we are sued because of a Subscriber's or a customer of a Subscriber's activity, the Subscriber will pay any damages awarded against us, plus all costs and attorney's fees.
10. Contact Information: You must provide us with, and keep current, good contact information for yourself including an E-mail address and telephone number. If we fail to communicate any information to you due to a non-current, inoperative, or incorrect email address you are still responsible and accountable for any such information we attempted to communicate.
11. 3rd Party Disclaimer: We take no responsibility for any material input by others and not posted to our website by us. We are not responsible for the content of any other websites linked to us; links are provided as Internet navigation tools only. We disclaim any responsibility for any such inappropriate use and any liability to any person or party for any other person or party's violation of this policy.
12. Account Checking: We reserves the right to check your account at any time for things that break the TOS. We probably won't be doing this unless we have a reasonable idea that you are breaking the TOS, but sometimes we will just do checks on random clients, so don't be alarmed if we check you. If you're innocent and aren't breaking the rules, then you've got nothing to worry about!
User's account that violated the Term of Service will be suspended/terminated.

I see you're here too townbaby! Clover, that would be great if your website was part of the otsuka-ai.jp network  I've been asked by the same person for my Ai fanlisting and he/she agreed to host it as well. |
