wow...an expensive toy isnt it? it looks really cool and interesting but im not sure if i understand what it does. does it just project an image of a starry night sky at ur ceiling? if that is the only thing it does, i dont think it is not worth the hefty price tag, unless u are a sucker for limited edition collectors' items and have lots of spare change in your pockets.
i love gazing at stars myself and i will always look at the sky whenever i walk home at nite. sadly, i live in a country with very high light pollution  |

must say that this is one of the oddest fan product's
i seen in any case...pretty expensive even for a hardcore fan imo.
and Imho it's very useless, i wouldn't but my buck's on this even if it
were cheaper. Sorry but i smell cashing.....in this product,  but just my opinion. |

Official Site updated to say that the HOMESTAR can be pre-ordered from Amazon.co.jp.
Unfortunately, Amazon says it cannot be shipped outside of Japan... *sigh*

The links along the left side of the site show that there are different cartridges/slides one can get, including the moon and constellation charts. |

Wow that HOMESTAR Personal Planetarium Projector sure is pricey O.o
Thanks for the news though. The color is cute though, it's like a darker shade of the dress she wore in the PV. Too bad it won't directly ship to anywhere else but Japan. |

omg uber pricey toy to own. Maybe they only had the idea just recently and it took some time to develop that HOMESTAR, that's maybe why we only see this tie-in like after 4 singles. Though for this product to sell well, i think its really difficult, seeing how planetarium is far away now, and also the price tag of it.  |

First, I would like to say that is an expensive toy!  I live out in the middle of nowhere with pretty much no air pollution, so I can see the stars just ifne outside.  Except when it's cloudy...but anyway! It'd still be cool to have this, though. 
And, well, we all still love and remember Planetarium, so I suppose it's not too late. And like you said, zyzzyva, it has more depth and detail, so maybe...it took longer to develop? I dunno...or maybe they hadn't thought of the idea until now or something!
Second, I would like to say I also would like if someone could rip the music box version of Planetarium from the end of the PV. I thought about asking awhile ago, but then decided not to, since I don't really like asking for downloads much...but since Lillithia already asked... 
But yeah, if someone could rip that for us, it would be greatly appreciated.  |

it's like that little thingy. And you can put it in your living room&turn it one&you see starts@ And I think it comes with her Planetarium CD. And You can place the thingy in your living room and listen to Planetarium like you ARE there.
