Have anyone tried that game? I bought the PC version the last Saturday and Iīve already finished it yesterday. I must say, that the story was fantastic.
You start as a student of martial arts controlling by Master Li. Youīre surprisingly the best of all students. One day, after your battle with anther student, he wants you to come to his place, he has something important to tell you... But your discussion is interrupted by another student crying about some pirates down the city. You meet your best friend Morning Star and together you have to beat them. After that, the leader of pirates alone summons 2 beasts from the empire of dead. You defeat them and you see your master to destroy pirates ship with one strong hit and killing the leader simply. He meets you again and tell you about your fate. The story full of surprise, action and fun begins.
Main story line took me like 15 hours to finish, but it can be about 20 with doing all the secondary quests and you can play as a master after finishing it first. (Comparable to Diablo - normal, nightmare and hell difficulties).
You can choose between two ways, good and bad which changes your styles and special diamonds you can equip to your amulet (itīs only equip you can change, no armor and weapons are given to you with the combat styles.).
Finally, I can suggest this game to any fan of RPG from Bioware (Baldurīs gate, Neverwinter Nights...) and of great battles with mass of enemies.

+ Graphics, Storyline, battles, design, soundtrack, plenties of combat styles.

Oh, I played this last year.
It uses the same engine as Knights of the Old Republic.
If you like Jade Empire and Star Wars, then I suggest you check KOTOR out next.
It's far superior in my opinion. |

| Well, I suppose you played it on X-Box, am I right? Because the Jade Empire: Special Edition (PC) came to our shops (Czech Rep.) a while ago. Itīs not a superb game, but surely one of my favorite. I tried KOTOR for a while, itīs quite good, Iīll got it soon, so Iīll try it. But from what Iīve seen on gameplay videos, I can say that Jade Empire has better graphics. But you know, videos are usually worse than the real game. |
