Couldn't find any threads or anything about this and I've been looking for another good movie to watch.
I just got done watching Tada, Kimi wo Aishiteru. It was super good. Was hoping for another movie to keep the enjoyment rolling (or something like that). |

Have you tried "Ima, Ai ni Yukimasu" aka "Be With You"? It also a movie that is based on the work by an author named Takuji Ichikawa. Tada, Kimi wo Aishiteru was also based on one of his novels (Renai Shashin -- actually I think the official title of the novel is longer but I can't remember it off the top of my head).
Hmm there's also Taiyo no Uta with YUI in it. It's alright but I liked the dorama version more.
There's others but those are two that can kind of fall into the category of Tada, Kimi wo Aishiteru. |

Well, I can't really help you on this because the only movies I watch besides animated ones from Ghibli are scary movies like The Ring. Haha! But anyhow, I know NANA is a good movie, but it doesn't exactly fall under the "Tada Kimi wo Aishiteru" or "Taiyou no Uta
category. |

Hah. Never said it had to fall under a certain category. Just anything would be fine.
I just watched GO! last night, with kou shibasaki and yosuke..something hah. Going to watch Ping Pong some time soon.
I suppose spending a part of your summer watching movies isn't a waste >_> |

"Deep Love~Ayu no Monogatari" the movie version if you can find it. It is kinda old...
Lovely Complex/ Love Com/rabu con I watched it and the next day I went to the bookstore and bought like the first 5 manga volumes xD It is light and cute, but it is a little over the top but if you don't mind that then it is Okay. Its about a tall girl who falls in love with shortest boy in her class. WaT is in it, but finding Eiji is like searching for Waldo xD Teppei is the main short boy. |

I'd just like to say that Tada, Kimi wo Aishiteru is a great movie and it made me cry my eyes out.
"Ima, Ai ni Yukimasu" (aka Be With You) is also a great movie to watch. It got an Academy Award nomination I think?
"Rabu Com" (aka Lovely Complex) is a good movie too! It's quite hilarious and cute.
"Tokyo Tower" stars Okada Junichi and Matsumoto Jun and it's about two guys and falling in love with older women. It's kind of sexual, so I don't know if you'd want that?
"Akihabara@DEEP" stars Hiroki Narimiya and it's about otakus. XD It's funny and a bit dark, but otherwise a hilarious movie.
If you haven't seen "Tokyo Friends the Movie", you should definitely watch the drama then the movie. |

great topic...
I'll watch this recommended movies for sure.
The ones I watched and enjoyed a lot:
"Shall we dance" (Japanese version) Very old and very cool.
When I watched I wanted to dance too.
And Returner with Takeshi Kaneshiro and Hard Gay's girlfriend (don't remember her name)... sci-fi movie. Enjoyed a lot.
When I watched I wanted to eat spagueti too. |

| I'm more into dramas than movies so I haven't seen many but some of my favorites are the Azumi movies (Love Aya Ueto), Battle Royal, Taiyou no Uta, Tokyo Friends (Love Ai Otsuka), and Versus. |

i watched tear for you/nada sou sou last night [ tsumabuki satoshi & nagasawa masami ]
very heart-touching. it's about a unblood-related brother and sister who meet after many years and their close relationship and such. very good family-movie [ not a movie to watch with the family but about family ] |
