like a few others, i completely missed the live earth concerts over the weekend. i have been trying to catch up with it by viewing the videos at the msn site. unfortunately, msn have now removed all the japanese artist videos. but not before i captured and uploaded them.
Renai Shashin Download (WMV, 56.2 MB)
CHU-LIP Download (WMV, 45.4 MB)
PEACH Download (WMV, 53.3 MB)
Happy Days Download (WMV, 46.4 MB)
"speech" Download (WMV, 27.4 MB)
i spent some time trying to fix the aspect ratio of the videos, but i was not happy with the results so i left them as is. to view them properly you should select an aspect ratio of 4:3 in your media player.
the Renai Shashin, CHU-LIP and LOVE MUSiC videos are on jpopsuki at a higher quality than these, and have also been uploaded elsewhere.
EDIT:
Live Earth comment
stream from the Live Earth website or Download (WMV, 1.8 MB)
(looks like it was recorded at the same time as the Excite Music Festival '07 comment)
EDIT 2: streaming videos are no longer available, so those links have been removed. |

Thanks pon pon for all the hard work you've done to provide convenient download links for these streaming videos.
I've been away for the past 2, 3 weeks and I'm not sure if any of you notice that. Anyway, now that I'm back I'll clean up the forums and provide news updates seeing we have limited amount of contributers here.
The official website has this LIVE EARTH pictures posted along with the news on July 10th:

| Oooh, thanks pon pon for the videos. I saw the download at jpopsuki but was dissapointed to see not the entire setlist from her performed. She should've performed "HEART" too, but oh well. |

Thanks tons for the downloads, I'll have to get those when my internet is cooperating better.
It's not fair! Japan got all the good people!
I didn't watch LIVE EARTH on TV when it was on, but to be fair, I'm not sure I like any of the artists that were to perform at the American event. I'm not sure who all was there though...
Haha, ok, I've bookmarked this page, and I'll be back here later for those vids... |

I was so sad that I missed Live Earth. I really wanted to see Ai! Overall, I heard pretty bad reviews from critics though. |

A shame Ai came on at 10am UK time on Live Earth Day. But her music still carried a sucker punch. Especially 'Cherish'. Echoing Kool & The Gang's same titled song (at Live Aid), and mellower than Madonna's 1989 'version.'
Who kicked most at Live Earth? For me it was either Ai Otsuka, The Beastie Boys, or Sting and Kanye West.
I'm not sure which of my latest prints (http://www.clivesprints.com) relates best to Ai's music, but I am inspired by her enchanting songs, and more so than her bouncier numbers. Her style reflects the mystique of Japanese printmaking.
Now where can I obtain the Love Cook cd? |
