Maybe she revealed even more, but since I can't understand Japanese it's hard for me to tell. I might upload the clip for VIP later on, maybe someone can help with the translation and general idea of this video.
Wow, that makes a world of sense! I love Ai. Even though she's not Ayu when it comes to symbolic PV, her PVs are just so perfectly and fit her so well and have such deep meanings anyway. |

it does make sense! i thought that the underwater and above water must have had some kind of artistic meaning to it! especially with the different colors!
did anybody else notice that underwater, it was all dark, gloomy, and blue
but, above water, it was brighter, with orange, yellow, and red surroundings |

| hey eyn, could I see that promo clip from Channel-a? I think I'm almost discovering what the movie talks about! Maybe with what she said in that interview I could fill in the gaps of this movie and come up with a resume of the story! |

and I get to a conclusion...
what I think of the pv is...
they knew each other but they fell apart...
and then...he invites her...to see her, talk, and do that little hanabi stuff...
and she went cause she loved him...and she had hope that he did too..
but when she gets there..she sees him talking on the phone with his girlfriend..and she also sees the ring..
so she realizes that the reason he called her was not to tell her he loves her...
he called her because he wants to stay friends with her...just that...
and she hold her feelings, to don't hurt anyone else...
and when they're playing with the hanabi[fireworks] like they used to...
she feels like kissing him and telling her feelings to him...
but she knows she can't...
so...she decides to erase that...
her love, him, the fireworks...
she decides to forget about him...let him live his life happily
anyway...
sorry for the huge text...
that's what I think of this short movie...
But how can he call her if she's already a ghost? In my view I think she just went back to end her feelings towards him. Also, maybe the only reason that he sees her is that subconsciously he also has/had feelings for her, too. |

Guys, didn't you notice?
AI IS A MERMAID IN THE 'KINGYO HANABI' STORY. She couldn't speak because like Ariel in Little Mermaid, she exchanged her voice to be human. There was a previous post that said the same thing.
"The wish of the mermaid is to see happiness and love through the fireworks."
They didn't have a relationship because when Ai turned to human, she wasn't able to speak. That's why, Ai wished for the boy's happiness with his girlfriend, despite Ai's lingering feelings for the boy.
IT CONVEYS THE STORY OF THE LITTLE MERMAID. |

Because she has used her voice to exchange her legs.
As I see Ai can't speak in this pv!
A very impressive film for me, even though it is very short.
Maybe the guy saved Ai when she was a goldfishQ
So she fell in love with her and went to find him!
This conclusion is right. The last part of her speculation might be funny but it's the nearest possible answer. |

| The guy in the small movie seemed a little young...Otsuka Ai looked a bit too old for him to me...but it was still a touching movie. I still liked the actual PV better, that one almost made me cry. Also, I thought CETMA's interpretation of the movie was quite good, it made a lot of sense. |

hmm I just watched the rewatched the short movie of Kingyo Hanabi...coz it like reminded me of something from school..and like I LOVE THE SONG
But like yeh I realised something when watching it
YOu know the security footage shown in the short movie at the start..it keeps switching from us being able to see Ai and then not being able to see her..if that makes sense
Like the first shot of its like Ai's not there at all, then when we go back to the camera, it shows Ai I think only when shes with that guy
So by seeing that I reckon she's either dreaming, a ghost(probably not) or some kind of memory
Another thing that shows that shes not really there is when those two teenagers are walking past and they act like they don't even see her..and Ai's just closing her eyes and breathing deeply
Unlike others who think that the guy had made plans with Ai to meet, I think its different because not only did he say he planned to like play with fireworks with his girlfriend, but he was startled when he saw her..which would be pretty retarted coz isn't he meant to know shes there and probably at the train station lurking around somewhere waiting for him?
I completely agree with the whole Ai representing the little mermaid story. It's obviously seen in the song title, seeing as she is a goldfish..well in her heart anyway? I think I'm being biased now that I saw the Little Mermaid is my fav fairy tale lmfao..I only learnt about the true version of the story a few years ago..and I was like WHOA..then what the hell was Disney feeding me when I was little?
As for the kiss at the end, I think it just represents Ai's true feelings of what she wanted to do, but knew she couldn't in order not to ruin his happiness or somewhat. I think thats all I can interpret for rite now..coz like i already wrote too much...sorry=[ |
