That's not Chihiro Onitsuka... 
 
I looked in Chinese Music on Yesasia for 'Ha' and the only possibility was Cetn Ha. But I have no clue who that is... |

Her name is Chihiro Onitsuka... I'm sure she sings Japanese or something because for all i know she could be chinese.
You can find alot of her videos on veoh. |

the second i saw that pic i was sure it was Kaori Iida from Morning Musume, but looking at the nose, i can see that it's not her either...
 
now, i don't know Chihiro Onitsuka that much, but looking at pics of her, this gal doesn't resemble her at all imo. |
