Hey there everyone~
Just to spice things up around here a little, and to celebrate the many many new and upcoming releases, I was thinking we should host another contest~ This is an awesome chance to have some fun, get to know more about fellow members, and a chance to win some great prizes!
The idea right now, inspired by the upcoming photobook, is to have a casual photography contest. By casual I mean you don't have to be a professional photographer or an artsy person to participate. The topic would be to take a photograph of what you think is Love. It can be something you love, someone you love, love you see in the world, love you feel around you, etc. A little caption can go along the photo to provide more insights.
If this doesn't feel like something you want to participate in, please suggest something.  Prizes are still under discussion as well. If you have anything to add, any opinions, please contribute. Thanks!  |

Sounds fun!  I might participate because I always have so much to do. It sounds like a difficult topic for me but I might be up for it.  Maybe the prizes should be Ai's latest album letting the winner choose the colour they want maybe?

| At first I was a bit hesitant but when you used the word casual I just couldn't resist. I like taking photos of things but I would by no means call my self a photographer. The topic is awesome too. There are just so many things going through my mind that would make a good picture. |

Hmm. Nice idea.
Interesting to see pictures from all over the world. And maybe the pictures can be compiled together and Channel Ai will have its own photobook. |

Interesting, but it can be abused in some way too. I don't really like the idea whereby somebody takes a random picture and submit them and claims that it's something they love or cook up a story of it.
Probably make it something related to Ai Otsuka, which sounds better and more theme matching with the side. Probably taking a picture related to her, re-writing the lyrics of 1 of her songs. using Photoshop to create an imagery of her, etc to show your support/love for her, that's what I feel though |

I think caffeinated's idea is awesome.
Love can mean anything to anyone and so this could turn out to be really interesting with a wide variety of entries.
I'd be up for it in any case. |

If more people are interested in the photography contest proposed then maybe caffeinated can get my approval to get started with the contest details such as theme, deadline and prizes. We definitely need more people to express their interest or we will not spend time organizing a contest where little contest entries made their way to organizer's PM box.  |

| I am pretty interested in this, since I've never entered any photography contests before and I missed the karaoke one the other time. So yes, I'm up for this! Love seems like a cool theme too, and appropriate. As for prizes, I guess Pocket would be good? |

I really like this idea.
Expressing our ideas on the emotion of love through a visual representation is an exxcellent and potentially rewarding way of learning the different things that people cherish the most. |

| I think I´m going to participate, because I like the idea. I´m not good at taking pictures though, but it´s not about professional work, but to know, what´s precious to other members, right? Just a small question: What factors are you going to focus on, when judging the winner? And about the prize, I think that anything related to Ai-chan should work. |

its a great idea.
I'm interested count me in.
i since its about casual photo about things we think is love,
i think i should be able to dig out time for this.
though i seldom take photo but its worth to try.
anything prize related to Ai will be fine
but the most important thing is to have fun. |

Oh, yes, I'm definitely interested in this since I'm not much of a singer, and so a photography contest is a great idea!
Like Heisei, I'd like to know what we'd be judged on.
Also, Pocket would probably be a good prize, since many of us already have LOVE PiECE.

Well, maybe a separate Photoshop contest would be ok, since not everyone has Photoshop, and everyone who does is at different levels of knowing how to use it. I have it, but I've only had it since August so I'm not that good at it yet.  |
