Wow, this was pretty quiet while I was away. Anyway, here's Destination Nowhere The full version!! http://www.megaupload.com/?d=BNU9REFU
Additionally, I found this article interesting:
Oricon ran a survey asking 500 high school girls, "If you could become a particular celebrity for only a day, who would you be?" Out of female celebrities, the number-one answer was pop star Ayumi Hamasaki...At number two was Maki Horikita...Kumi Koda tied for second with Horikita. Erika Sawajiri, still recovering from bad press, ranked fourth... Ai Otsuka and Karina were not far behind, tied for sixth.
I only mentioned the last part cos it was the all important Otsuka Ai But it looks like Erika is still pretty popular. Sure, it's only within 500 people but coming 4th is still not bad.
Also, not trying to put anyone off or anything but I found that after listening to Destination Nowhere a few times, it got pretty boring...I don't know how it will go in Japan but while it's not exactly disappointing, it's not that outstanding either. Now just waiting for ESCAPE and the FREE Remix ^^ |

| Destination Nowhere is alright, I just can't listen to it over and over again like I could with FREE or FANTASY. I thought those ones were really addictive! |

Well, to be honest, I really donīt understand people, who would suddenly start to hate her for the Closed Note issue. Do they really expect her to be happy all the time? Yes, she maybe should try to hide her anger a bit, but still... Do you really feel like hating her after this? My feelings about her havenīt changed a bit...
Anyway, actually, I think that Destination Nowhere is really good. Itīs one of my favorite songs at the moment... And the PV is interesting. Hope sheīll release a CD soon... |

@Heisei: What I don't understand is why people even care she acted like that. It's not going to affect them personally, and it's not going to affect the quality of entertainment that the audience will recieves from the drama's, song's etc...if she acted like a b**** to me then there's a reason for me to hate her but until then...perhaps it's not right, what she did but I reckon people should just GET OVER IT |

| lol if any of you guys recently bought last Saturday's SingTao magazine, one of the top stories of the year 2007 was about Erika Sawajiri having her hissy-fit.......in other news, there was hobo-looking boyfriend and she "stayed overnight" ---can mean something..... |

Just heard the full single of Destination Nowhere, and I liked it . ESCAPE was better than Destination Nowhere, in my opinion. Although the single in full definitely has a lot of parallels to her debut single. Oh well, I still liked it. Now if only she'll ditch the makeup like everyone else says and go back to natural pretty. THat and no more tantrums. |

Erika just came back from London. Apparently, she has already caused some form of drama by dropping her case of makeup (seriously, wtf...as if she has to carry a case of makeup on a plane) and after a pause, she yelled "Oh s***!" I thought that this was really pathetic. As much as I may like her, I felt this just further cheapened her image.
On a plus side....maybe we can finally start expecting some new songs/dramas again from her ^^ |

@sljinu
Wow. She yelled that in front of everyone? I mean, sometimes those things slip out, but one could at least try to keep the tone quiet... I guess she just wants to stir up trouble. Hopefully she won't say anything else silly and work on acting/singing. |

| ^ The thing that bugged me the most about it is she didn't swear in her native tongue. If one were truly annoyed, surely they wouldn't stop to think to swear in another language would they? It was rather meticulous...she didn't stop to think whether it would be good to swear or not...she just thought how she could do it and try and get away with it at the same time. |
