I'm starting a collection of sheet music for Ai's songs.
There will be two categories, one for sheet music that I transcribe or arrange by ear, and the other for everything else.
Please submit your own sheet music if you have transcribed any.
I'm a music theory student and amateur composer, so feel free to ask any questions about anything music-related.
* Please note that I am not currently taking requests. This may change over winter break if I am not busy. However, if you have your own sheet music and would like to do a sheet music trade (for which I arrange something for you in exchange for some of your sheet music or anything Ai-related that I would like), that is entirely possible. *
~My Transcriptions and Arrangements~
Pocket (ポケット) * Piano Solo Arrangement (pdf) - complete!
Himawari * Piano Live version (pdf) - complete!
~Others~
Sora to Kujira (空とくじら) * Guitar Chords (txt) - by Rodri
Kumuri Uta (クムリウタ) * Bass Tablature (html) - by sicodoc
Pocket (ポケット) * Bass Tablature (html) - by sicodoc
HEART * Bass Tablature (html) - by sicodoc
Pocket (ポケット) [incomplete] * Guitar Tablature (gp5) - by petree
This is where you can submit your own sheet music! |

you're welcome.
i really like your avatar! it's a lot more creative than mine
i'm still working on transcribing the rest of Pocket, so check back here for updates and maybe other songs that i find time to transcribe.
*help*: if anyone has a better free or inexpensive alternative to Finale NotePad, could you please let me know because Finale NotePad is a pain to work with, and it won't let me put two voices on one staff, which I need for many songs that include a bass line with a piano accompaniment simultaneously. |

Hmm interesting. Sorry, I can't really help you with that. I don't use any music programs...if I wanted to transcribe music I'd just use ordinary manuscript paper
After you're done I'll probably arrange a saxophone version for the melody and maybe it could go with piano as a duet. I don't know if it will work because the saxophone will put a new element of sound in there but we'll see! Maybe afterwards, I'll give you that as well if you want? It'll only be a scanned copy (if I ever get round to even writing a saxophone part) |

Thanks a lot for making this thread and sharing the sheet music for Pocket! I'll go try to play it on the piano. Sorry, I can't help you with your problem, I don't have any music programs either. |

maybe u would like to try this program Overture(it's free!)

Manual

I'm not sure if it is easy to use or not cause I only use it to open some music scores(but there are people who produces scores using the program and it allows more than 2 voices.) haha. thanks for your effort in producing ai's music sheets! =] |

@sljinu:
sure! the vocal melody of my piano arrangement is simply everything played in the right hand, with the exception of the intro and the instrumental bridges.
@ultratails:
let me know how it sounds.
@lurve_ya:
you're right! overture does let me use more than voices, but it's all really difficult to input "voices" with chords, or maybe i'm just bad with notation software. i think i'll play with overture some more after i finish arranging my pocket piano arrangement, and it at least looks decent.
@Baka-Ranger:
thank you! i must have listened to the first 30 seconds of "pocket" a hundred times to get it right in the arrangement. all the harmonies should be exact. i combined both the bass line and the piano accompaniment in the bass clef (left hand), so it's aactually impossible to play some of those giant chords, but if you play the top note of those left hand chords with the right hand, it should work.
early on, i noticed that the entire song, "pocket", is completely shifted in its time signature, so ai sings almost entirely on the 3th and 4th beats of the measures. this i very hard to read in sheet music, so i simply shifted the beats by 2 quarter notes to make it easier to read. for most people attempting to play it, it should sound absolutely fine.
with that in mind, i suppose when you play it, you can emphasize the very low bass notes on the 3rd beats once you master the song (but only if you understand when the harmony changes occur and what should be emphasized). |

i just uploaded the second page of the piano solo arrangement for "pocket"!
i also updated the first page with fixes in formatting and a couple changes at the end, so if you want to, download both.
if you could try playing it and let me know how it sounds, that'd be great.
i'll get the last bit done sometime in the next couple days. |

Thanks for the second page of Pocket's piano music, hiro! I haven't gotten a chance to try playing it yet, but since I have the next few days off, I think I can try to play it now.
EDIT: I tried playing it, and it turned out very well! I just couldn't play a lot of the chords because my hands are too small and can't stretch that far. |
