I like a TON of non-Asian bands Tongue I could go on for days just naming them off. But I'll spare everyone Tongue
My top bands though are:
1. The Beatles - I'm a MASSIVE fan of them (currently taking a break from them haha). I know the most random things about them, so if you ever have a question, feel free to ask. Tongue Personally, I'm a bigger McCartney fan, so I'm one of the Beatle fans that believes that Yoko was one of the major factors of the band's breakup. But, the other side of debate has good points too. Tongue

2. Queen - I love a ton of their songs, especially with all the classical touches added on to such classic rock. Freddie Mercury will definitely be missed! His on-stage antics are something to be considered as what frontmen should be like, and it will never again be replicated.

3. Metric - An awesome Toronto (WOOT!) indie band with catchy and VERY artistic songs! If you haven't heard of them, I suggest checking out the music videos for Monster Hospital and Combat Baby. Also, my band performed a cover of Combat Baby! If you'd like to see it, just ask. Nod

4. No Doubt - I love how different they are from the rest! Of course, I still like Gwen as a solo artist, but I'm not thrilled at her version of Asian stereotypes with her "harajuku Girls" (they all can speak English really well, but contractually are NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK ENGLISH IN PUBLIC! How crazy is that?! Shocked) Anyway, I can't wait for them to reunite!

5. The White Stripes - Minimal rock can be so awesome, no? There songs always rock hard and provide some intelligent commentary!

oh, nice. some christian rock. Wink i love Switchfoot, and Relient K are pretty good too. but i've been more into stuff like Jars of Clay, delirious? and Sixpence None the Richer etc, a little bit softer than the stuff you listen to, i think.

Right now, I'm really like Kanye West.
And that's pretty rare because I'm not much of a hip-hip fan. I just love his song 'Stronger'. Nice beat and strong meaning. Meow
I also really like:
My Chemical Romance, Timbaland, Justin Timberlake, AFI, Panic! At the Disco, Hellogoodbye, Nelly Furtado, and... that's all that I can name right now. ^-^
