After this movie like 5 times now, I still love it to death. I love Amanda Bynes. She is so perfect for comedies. The first time I saw her was in "WhatI like about you" some tv series. I like how she can have many extremes. This is by far the best movie she is in I think (well that I have seen). This movie is supposed to be inspired byt Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night". I can see the resemblance. I love both stories very very much. The best part of this movie has got to be this part.
Viola: What are you talking about? Why are you lying?
Justin: ...Well, end of discussion...
Viola: FINE. End of relationship...
Justin: ...I just don't want you to get hurt...
Viola: Uhh... you are so full of S -...

Quite late considering it premiered 4 months ago. xD
But it's deserving of a thread nonetheless!! It's really really funny. It's probably aimed at little teenage teenybopper girls, but it's seriously so funny. I love the bits where she almost accidentally reveals her real gender to the other guys..... And the tampons!!!
I watched it with my 10 year old sister who loves the movie all the same. |

| Yeah I watched this movie to see some soccer skills... Only ended up seeing about 5 minutes worth of tricks and a big poster of Lampard... Where was the poster of Gerrard?!?! |

It's an okay movie. Amanda Bynes is pretty funny though. I loved her on "What I Like About You." I'm not really into that genre anymore though. It's just too...generic. And having read Twelfth Night already, this didn't really give me any surprises. |
