I think perhaps her journal entry there is talking about the problems she had at Best Hit Kayousai during her performance of Pocket. When it seemed she had problems with the ear piece at the beginning. If you notice, it's even posted on the same day. I could be terribly off on that, though. I don't read Japanese. This is just what I thought of when I read the translation you posted and thought about what happened that same day.
I think the whole incident really freaked her out a bit and she felt bad about her performance. |

Hehe, yes, when we're emotionally involved with people we don't even know, things become unhealthy for us, too. I'm sure Ai will be fine. She's human and she's allowed to have a personal life. |

| ^ Agreed. They are all human. Are they supposed to be emotionless cold freaks now that they are famous? I think likewise for Sawajiri Erika's Closed Note incident but that's slightly off topic so I wont delve into it anymore. |

^And in some cases they need to be babied even more. Some celebrities don't know how to deal with real life situations because they've had everything done for them. Either way, I don't think making their personal life a priority in one's own life is a good idea. I'm sure Ai would be very flattered to know that so many people care about her, but I know if I was a celebrity, I'd go nuts if I knew people knew the ins and outs of my life. It would make me feel like I had no privacy.

| Hi, parasol! I appreciate your polite attitude, but this is not necessary in Japanese way of thinking. We like to be close to our entertainers and they like to be close to their audience members, someone who is popular performer like Otsuka will be very surprised if audience members do not know about her personal life, this is common. However we do not consider their lives ahead of our own, this is kind of strange attitude except for our children, yes? |
