Avatar: 9/10
Signature: 10/10 - Really like the background...the font complements the background really well too. Looks like a lot of work went into it (though I dont know that for sure). It's one of my favourite sets that I see on Channel-Ai |

i make all my sigs myself, but i use a different name though. lyc is my initials, and my name for some other forums as well.
as for your sig
8/10, coz its a very well taken photograph imo, but if you're talking about gfx then well, you didnt do anything much to it at all. i like it though |

unfortunately, there's only a sig to rate, but well...it's awesome!
really well-made! everything goes along very well! ^^
therefore, I give it a 9/10!
it's a little small in my opinion but that's just my taste XD
@ sljinu:
hehe, thanks ^-^
I really put some effort into it (but I do that for every graphic I make which is why I don't finish graphics very often ><) although I was mostly playing around with effects and brushes...but it was work, too
but I really REALLY want a new set! |

i really like your set!
the avatar includes a great crop of a photo, but it seems a bit unbalanced horizontally because they is nothing in the green space.
the signature is awesome: great photos and layout. that particular tint of green gives the signature that raw, earthy, and vibrant feel that is exemplified by "HAPPY DAYS"
avatar: 8/10
sig: 10/10
-----
i just made my new set yesterday
the my sig is actually a modified and miniatured version of my desktop wallpaper that i made.
the photo in the sig required quite a bit of editting to make it look right. the original screencap is rather dull and had poor color quality, so i had to work with the levels and curves and completely fix the artifact-filled mess of a background to get it right. |

Having already rated willby's set, i'll rate momentum's signature instead. I'd give it an 8.5/10 with it's main flaw being it's size (for me anyway).
Soo...I redesigned my set yet again. What do you think? Too melodramatic?
Btw, I purposely designed it so that the red themed avatar would contrast against the blue themed signature. |

wow, what a beautiful avatar, sljinu! who is the girl in it? is it the same girl as in your signature? the colors and angle of the shot of your avatar are stunning, and they perfectly complement the colors and emotion of the signature. i personally prefer more upbeat photos, because looking at such a sad photo would likely make me sad too
avatar: 10/10 the best i've seen!
signature:
photo choice: 6/10 simply because it's too sad for me
photo quality (colors, resolution, etc.): 9/10
composition (subject + background + text): 10/10
overall: 8/10 |
