Amazing!! Wow thats expensive ! But I guess it's worth it if you're able to create some nice things especially if you own your own website or if your into the whole creative thing. I was actually looking into programs since my brother's an artist & I was going to scan and color his work (not to mention I've been wanting to make ai wallpapers and see what I could come up with But anyhow thanks momentum for the information I'll see what I can do to try and get the program or one like it |

| Someone in the forum recommended a program called GIMP, (I think it may have been TdClarke but I'm not too sure so sorry if I credit the wrong person!!) which has a similar layout to Photoshop, is supposed to do very similar things if not the same and is completely free. Maybe you can try that out. |

whoa you didn't use any textures? all your work is really very pretty. Do you get most of your stuff from deviantart haha, its very hard to look in there for me =____= theres too many. I get most of my stuff from lj. Well I really love your style, Keep up the good work, I'm still just a photoshop newbie
you should do tutorials or something, cause your work is just too wonderful to keep to yourself XD |

I like the first one with Ai's Kuroge pic and the one you're using most.
The YUI one is also nice. Feeling like Final Fantasy 8 (don't know why )
Good job. You've kept a constant, unique style. I noticed you like the focus in the center, don't u?

I used to use GIMP after failing to get photoshop. Yeah, the layout is similar to Photoshop and it can substitute photoshop for about 60-70%. The merit is that it's free. Anyway, if you've got the chance to use photoshop, then use it. GIMP cannot be compared with photoshop except the fact that it's free.
Some weak points i've found about GIMP (about a year ago when I used it):
- not friendly to install
- some bugs for example I could type anything. each time i did that the programme just got out of order
- much less functions than photoshop.
But remember, it's FREE. |

Yup, it has changed quite a bit in the past year - You used to have to install the GTK+ runtime environment separately, but now that comes within the main installer, so it's as easy as anything else now Bugs have also been resolved in many cases with each new release, but I don't know about your one - Very strange Well actually the features of the GIMP are not that far off in comparison with photoshop. That link just gives a comparison between a variety of raster graphics editors including GIMP, photoshop, etc
HDR is nice, but fairly unnecessary, certainly in forum signatures And that's the only drawback (probably some more features not included, but hey )
Anyways, I'd say a couple of fewer features is worth that extra 1000bucks in my pocket |

^HAHA, I'm glad you agree
Yeah, you should try 'em out as they good software
Paint.NET is another (apparently) good one to use. I have it, just used it like twice and both times I did next to nothing Anyways, it was funded by Microsoft I think, and again, is free, so would be another good one to try out |
