This is not possible, always feel happy, but general attitude is possible and I think she has general attitude that she likes life and likes being in this world very much, even she accepts those painful events that happen, and continues. This is wonderful attitude, my opinion, I have such attitude too -- if not, I will be very depressed right now because of my illness and several months of chemical therapy required to cure it! but it is chapter of my life, I must know every chapter! I think Otsuka attitude is same.
